| Bio: | I don't lead a terribly interesting life unfortunately. I'm 27, I live in Dublin, Ireland. I was born in Cavan, somewhere I used to hate but as the years go on I'm feeling a bit more fondness for as my need for a handy Games Workshop, Easons and Game store declines. I went to Dublin City University to do an applied physics course, failed first year, repeated and kind of hung around for another couple of years enjoying the student life without having to do the exams. I guess that if I had my time over again I would have told my career guidance teacher to take a hike and done the psychology course I wanted to do. I work as a software tester and have done so for almost all my working life (apart from three days in data entry and a day stacking shelves and accidentally knocking down some old women). Since I update this info about once a year I'll refrain from making too many statements about what I'm doing right now but suffice it to say that I spent the last five years working in a dead end job that paid too little and I'm leaving to work somewhere else shiny and new. I play a lot of games, depending on whats caught my interest recently. I've got stacks of cards from various games, miniatures of the wargames AND collectible variety, dozens of role playing books and a stack of computergames about as high as I am and then some. I love my gadgets, I have a gameboy advance SP, Creative Zen MP3 player, palm Zire 71, Sony Vaio, Big ass desktop machine, graphics tablet, joysticks, the lot - its possible that I'm fairly cool for a geek. I get pretty obsessive about some computer games from time to time - usually MMORPGs and anything with Star Wars in the title that isn't a flight sim or strategy. I'm going out with ![[info]](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20050420223419im_/http:/=2fstat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} metalrabbit for a number of years now (long enough that no phone calls to my parents don't involve questions about "a day out" or my mother wondering if she should buy that lovely hat she saw the other day). She's currently living in Cork while I live in Dublin, which means we don't see as much of each other as we'd like but its not for much longer. My flatmate is cartographer and we share a flat with my three rabbits - Friend, Foe and Ninja (Friend and Foe are your typical rabbits, pointy ears and filled with evil while Ninja is a lop and thankfully a lot more docile).I'm currently into 3D and digital art in a big way and as with most things I know I'm entirely self taught.
