12:06 am - brief update
|
so, let's see, I haven't written in so long.. let me update cute things in my life!
*James and I had our 2 month anniversary. We both had to work, but when I got there, the cute boy had some pretty flowers and a Jamba Juice waiting for me! How very cute! That night I think we watched a movie, but I don't remember. The following day we went indoor go-kart racing which was so fun and intense. Those were fast cars! And we saw the movie "Ice Age" for the second time because it is so dang funny!
*James got me sick last week and made himself worse. We ended up both calling in sick, but we never got to see each other. Pretty sad because I really wanted to take care of him, but what good am I if I can't even breathe.
*My sisters 19th birthday was on saturday and the whole family went out to Las Margaritas where I got to hear my Grandfather shout "what's a chimichAnga?" about 500 times. So funny. James came too, I love how he feels like one of the family. Then James, my littlest sister and I all went to "Scorpian King", which wasn't so good. But we did go to REI afterwards and try on some new Chaco's! Then we went to "Foot Zone" right across the street and James bought them for almost $15 less than REI had them. I want them too! Later that night James and I went to Gameworks and really battled it out! I give him a good fight! I really like video games! Then we walked holding each other around seattle looking for a waterfall thing on the outside of the mall. Took a while, but we found it. There was a heart drawn on the ground from the protest earlier and we stood in the heart and kissed. Very cute!
*Yesterday after chuch, I went with James' family to the tulip festival. It was so beautiful and really cold! It was fun spending time with them. I really like his family alot! Poor James got sick in the car and broke out in a cold sweat! When we got back to his house, he handed me his car keys and went to bed. I've now had his car for almost two days. I love my boyfriend, he is more than I ever dreamed he could be!
*Today work was slow and I wished I had the second Harry Potter book! I finished the first one last night. Pretty good! I finally got E/O'd at about 9pm and went with Sarah, Joy and Nicole to 24hr to workout! Great fun!
*now I am going to bed! And I am happy!

I'm currently at James' house. He is at work! :) His family has been gone since friday morning. They went to Idaho. So I have been over here for so much of my weekend! Which is awesome! Kami just made this really good dinner. She served her mission in Chile, so it was very much from that culture! Very yummy though! :)
Yesterday I came over really early in the morning to watch both broadcasts of the confrence for church. It came through crystal clear on the internet! It was really awesome. It helps build my testimony to hear the prophet, deciples, apostles and other awesome people speak! It was definately the highlight.
Last night after James went to Priesthood, we drove down to Tukwila to go to The Rainforest Cafe. Which was excellent in both food aspects and atmosphere! He had coconut shrimp and I had the halibet. Excellent choices! And we had icees (which is what I call a non-alcoholic margarita, because, well that's all it pretty much is!) I highly recommend eating there!
I wish James didn't have to work today. Maybe he will get early outted so he can come home and watch Shakelton (sp?) on the discovory channel tonight. By the way, it's on at 8pm and if you don't know the Shakelton story, please watch it, it is really cool! James and I went and saw the Imax version and it was too cool! (if you like history and awesome "how in the world did they do that" stories!)
Tera and Tim are over here. Tera is playing the piano. We were discussing Relief Society activities, now that Tera was just called to be the Relief Society President last weekend. I am very excited for her, she will do an awesome job!

I am in the worst mood ever! I am so pissed off! My car just broke down.. in the work parking lot! As my boyfriend drove away, I got out and honked and jumped up and down waiving my arms, but obviously I am not a very good attention getter because he kept driving. BOO freakin HOO! I was so pissed. (not at him, it was not his fault) I had to wait for my sister to come get me, then my car started, so I drove down the road, it almost died in a parking lot, so I turned around and drove back to work to have it almost die as I pulled into a spot. At least at work I know they will not tow my car. But this completely sucks butt! Not to mention that I have been in the worst mood this whole week, but seriously, this was the icing on the cake. AND I really needed my car this weekend. Guess my plans are shot! This completely sucks!
I am suppose to spend the whole weekend with James because his parents are going out of town and now I can't even drive up there. I suck! Well, this is a sign if I've ever seen one. A sign that tells me I don't take care of my crappy car! ACK! I am so ticked off!
I don't know what to do. I don't feel like seeing anyone for days. I'm depressed now.

Kettle korn popcorn is the stuff! I like it so much! So much I made a whole bag thinking I could eat it all and I feel like I am going to puke now and there is still over half of it left. BUT, I still really like it!
I can't believe I have gone to work for two whole shifts and not early outted! The temptation is strong, but I am stronger.. and my bills are stronger! haha
I am excited to go to cali. It is a little less than two months away, and I feel like it is next week. (or at least I wish) The ultimate family BBQ is currently in the works. So is who will pick us up from the airport, but the BBQ is way more important. :) hehe
Off to read Harry Potter. I know, I think I am the last one to read it, but it's okay. Same exact text. :)

How much I am in love with James. He is my other half and I am so thankful that he has found me. I will thank my Savior for all of eternity, he has changed my life completely. I couldn't have picked him any better! He is absolutely perfect for me. His love for me makes me want to cry! He makes me strong when I am weak and so much more that it is hard for me to describe my heart to you without you feeling it. He truly makes me smile, you know that smile, just by looking at him. A feeling I have never felt with anyone else. It is amazing. I thank God.

I am eating dry tortilla chips right now.. I ran out of salsa and it really sucks!
Work was so slow, however, I read alot of Harry Potter! Then Kimmie and I went and worked out at the Everett 24hr fitness. I like the kirkland one better! Although the Everett one has a pool which was really cool!
We got our airline tickets to go to Cali! James and I are really excited about this whole Six Flags stuff! Yeah us
Time to go read more of my book!

Purchases: A new battery which I installed myself, thank you very much! Two new windshield wipers, Some fun stuff to make sure my battery doesn't go gross again, some weird stuff to make sure my car doesn't get all foggy, anti-lock break fluid, oil, orange hand cleaner and some rugged towels! I rule! And my car is running, however the battery light has not gone off, so time to get a new alternator! yucky!
The tickets to cali are currently on reserve and will be purchased tomorrow! Yes! I am so excited about that!
I surprised James at work tonight with a rose and a pack of orbit gum. That's all I will share. :P
I also went to the gym alone. I like being alone, then I can go at my own pace! It was fun! I like working out!
Now I am sitting here talking to my baby on IM, oh how great technology is!

Our furnice went out and it is dang cold in here! Luckily it is getting fixed right now! I'm all wrapped up in a fleece blanket and the electric heater is going full blast to the left of me! brrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Last night we rented Disney Tetris. Not fun. The objects are weird and you just can't follow the game! I want my old tetris back!
I hope the furnice guy fixes this quickly, Kimmie called this morning to go work out, but I have to be here while this guy fixes things. :)
It's taking me so long to type this stuff because my hands are so dang cold! I have to stop mid sentence and warm them up in my armpits! That just sounds weird, but you know what I am talking about!
I think I am going to go give my dog a bath now!

James and I are going to Cali! I am really excited! We are going to have so much fun!
Last night I went to work for two hours. Then I went out to dinner with Kimmie at the Old Spaghetti factory! It was so good!
Then I went over to James house and we talked to his parents about going to Cali. They were really cool with it, so that is a bonus! Now we are planning our trip! Yeah!

James finally got a car. But the CD changer in the back is crappy! It won't read his CDR's. (is that the right term?) So as a surprise, I got him a new CD tonight. (Jewel).. I know, I am cheesey! But he liked it and that is all that matters!
I left work early and went shopping with Kim. I suck! But I did buy some really cute stuff!
I came home to find my sister (Miy). We had some fun time before she left with her friend to go give some of her other friends food. I guess they don't have any money, so they haven't eaten in a couple of days. Sounds rough. I gave them some of my food too. I wish I had more to give.
I picked up a shift for tomorrow. Start at 11am, which is way different from the usual 1pm start time. well, not really different, I guess.
After work, James is going to come over. I am making Enchiladas and the full Mexican experience. It's about time my heritage came in handy... other than these awesome eyes I have! :)
Time for bed. Once again, like every other night, I am very certain, that I will dream about him... my love!

My sister made very good, very cheesey, enchiladas. Mine will be better because they won't be vegetarian'd. :) no offense to any of my veggie lovin lj friends. :) but I like meat! yummy.
work is funny. James is awesome. My life just keeps on getting better and better.

1:44 am - should I be tired?

the past couple of days have been so crazy!
first it snowed two days ago. Got really bad at work, so I left early. James even went home early instead of coming over in fear that he would get stuck. Well, when I got onto the freeway, there was nothing! When I got home, absolutely no snow. Darn it! I could've stayed at work and made some money! oh well, better safe than sorry.
Yesterday James, Kim, John and I all went and saw the movie "Time Machine". I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I got. Oh well, guess I'm not much of a science fiction freak!
Kim spent the night last night so I could take her to the train station this morning. We got just a couple hours of sleep before we were able to get lost downtown. I didn't go back to sleep until about 8:30am and I didn't get out of bed until about 3:00pm. I then went to work for 4 hours before early outting to spend some quality time with my baby. We watched the movie "Legally Blonde" and just cuddled. It's really hard to have him leave, but that's just the way it has to be. Good thing I will be at his house in 10 hours! haha :)

For some reason when I got to work, I got into a really bad mood. That tells me so much about my work. haha
After work I went out to dinner with James at Applebees. It was awesome. I love spending time with him... and kissing him.. :) hehe
It's awesome when you finally find someone that is everything you have always wanted. Someone who fits with you perfectly. I love him. He rocks my bootie! (thanks heather, I like your saying)
I'm a tired girl. Need my bed. bad.

I went to N'sync tonight. Got my grove on! Then went to Krispy Kreams! lots of fun. Oh ya, Lesli is retarded and got us into a 'car accident'... all is okay except for her car. And she was a little shaken up, I had to drive home. Lots of fun though!

James just left my house. He makes me so happy!
Today I was a little late to work because I was too busy getting excited about california. I hope to go this summer with James! I was on the six flags and disneyland webpages, getting really excited with my friend Kim.
Work was work. After work, James and I went to fredmeyers and bought some crayons and some coloring books. oh, and some hot chocolate! Then we came back to my house and colored. Then we played with some play-dough. It was lots of fun! Then we went to downtown kirkland and kissed under the stars. We talk about the most awesome things. I love how God is first in this relationship! It is very important to me and everything I have ever wanted!
Then we came back to my house and had some hot chocolate...with tiny marshmellows! We sat around and made each other laugh. I'm content! He is amazing! He is for me!
Must run off to bed now, he will be back in the morning. We are going out to lunch/movie with my Mom tomorrow. First time he is going to meet my mom, he is very excited! :) I am very excited! I love my mom! I am in love with James!

1:12 am - I did so much today!

I woke up at about 11am. I actually dragged myself out of bed, but I thought it was going to be too nice of a day for me to spend it in bed. I sat around on the computer for 45 minutes and talked to James. He compliments me! Then I started the great spring clean! Didn't get as far as I wanted to though, out of 409. :( I ran my sister to the doctors and then picked her up an hour later. I did some grocery shopping! just a couple of things! Then I made some cookie dough! It sat in the fridge and cooled a little while I watched Oprah!
When Kim came over at about 6pm, I was ready for a nap. But instead I got ready to leave. We went to work for about 45 minutes. I got to talk to my love. :) which makes me happy. (work really sucks right now, they have cut back on hours for customer service and I keep early outting, so I have a crappy paycheck. my fault.)
Kim and I went to the mall and did some shopping. I purchased two L/S basic t-shirts for $11 (for both), a leather organizer for $17, originally $50 (when I got home I realized it was the calender for 2001, but I get 20% off the refills, so it's okay), a butterfly mirror for $13 and a really cool baby blue travel purse for $9 at EB. It was a really good shopping day! Unfortunately I am now out of money! But hopefully my next paycheck will be okay! Well more than this crappy one was!
When Kim and I got home we were starving. We had already planned to make spaghetti! We had all the fixens.. a huge salad with lots of awesome stuff and some really good french bread! Way too much food! I'm going to take some to James tomorrow for lunch!
Then I baked some cookies! they didn't turn out as good as the last batch! kind of sad. But I will still make people eat them! :)
Kim is asleep on my couch! I am tired as heck! Time for bed!
