Its been "a day"... very appropriate. [21 Mar 2002|03:12pm] [ mood | listless ] [ music | doesnt matt er at this point ] So yeah, I thought today was going well.. thought being the key word there. I don't know.. its one of those days and stuff. Everything was going great, and then I got this phone call... and then I didn't (sorry, doesn't make much sense). But anyway, like I said, it was going well, then it wasn't. There's not much more that I can say about that. I'm really really upset now, for some reason. I'm at work, on the verge of tears for no real reason, I'm not in the mood to go to class, so I'm not going, and I feel like getting all my melancholy frustrations out by exercising. Hopefully the Summit is open late enough, for I plan on going there, then trying to find some friends to hang out with later this evening. In a sense I don't even want to though. I almost feel the need for distance, but not really... maybe it is just a need hit me with your best shot

I finally got to hang out with my boyfriend a little more :o) so that was very nice. Today we're going to watch Wrestlemania at Jeff's house or something, so that will be fun. Friday night, Matt, Mark, Jason, Adrienne and I cut out pics of naked men and filled Mikey's room with them since he is outta town. That was good times. And then on Saturday, we hung out for a little at Rick and Amanda's... eh. We watched "Out Cold" though, and its still as funny as it was before. Theeennnn... Oh My God... [13 Mar 2002|09:43am] [ mood | shocked ] Story time :o( Mel is my old best friend. We're still pretty close, we work together, talk a lot... the usual. Anyway, she's been dating Sean now for close to or over 3 years. She's been getting very upset with him lately, so she's been finding comfort in the new boy, Matt. Matt is a very nice guy. He is sweet, nice, and protective of Melanie... a lot like Sean. Well, early Saturday morning, Melanie instigated Matt enough to the point that she had sex with him... since she was fed up with Sean. Now, last week, Mel and I went to lunch. She told me she was thinking about it, but I tried to talk her out of cheating on Sean. Oh well. Didn't work. On our way back to the office, Mel tells me that Matt told her he has been depressed and suicidal for the past 3 years. She comforted him and all... but something inside him snapped. He finally got the Melanie he wanted, and before anything bad could come of the situation, he took his own life last night. Mel is a wreck now, obviously. She will think its her fault, which its not.
