Yesterday, President Bush started his two-day Social Security tour with stops in Great Falls, Montana and Fargo, North Dakota. The AP reports from Great Falls the President "got an exuberant welcome," and said of his proposal, "That's the way Montanans think: If you see a problem, go fix it. ... Don't theorize. Don't pontificate. Go fix it."
