and he lost it...didn't even replace it. This movie is nuts, I'm broke
right now, can't buy it or rent it.

lazyAnyone seen Another Day In Paradise? Not only does it star the lovely and talented Vincent Kartheiser, but its another Larry Clark movie (he directed Bully), so we get to see him rolling around naked with Natasha Gregson Wagner. Much with the pretty.
Its really more of a 'het teenagers go around stealing shit with an older junkie het couple' movie, but they kill some people, so I'm including it. There's also some nice slash moments between the young Bobbie and his older mentor Mel, including a kiss on the lips and some flirting. If anyone wanted to write this pairing, I would love you forever. *g* There's also a fair amount of slashiness between Syd and Rosie.
The movie is based on the book of the same name by Eddie Little. It differs quite a bit, plotwise, from the movie, but its still a compelling read. Also, Rosie (who mostly just annoys the shit out of me in the movie) is actually a sympathetic character, and you can see why why Bobbie loves her.

curiousOkay. So I just found this community after seeing "Murder by Numbers" for the first time. Which, by the way? Probably the slashiest movie I've seen in awhile. How were those two possibly not screwing? Anyway, looking for fic from that movie if anyone knows where I can find it. Would be muchly appreciated.
Also, I was wondering why "Wild Things" isn't listed as an interest on the user info? 'Cause, very slashy murder movie. Hee.

tiredThere exists a movie called "Fun", about two 14(or so) year old girls who meet, run away from juvie, and kill an old lady in one day. I haven't seen it, but it was made around 1993, I think.
It's taken from a true story, which fucking haunted me when it happened. The two "real-life" girls had been raped and abused by nearly everyone in their lives when they met. The murder happened in 1982, when I was 12. I remember thinking that those girl's parents needed to be on trial as well.
Obviously I remember the real case better than the movie, but it's out there!
Thanks Proserpina for making this community! My favorite movie of this sort is "Heavenly Creatures", for it's beauty and madness. I need to re-watch it and write a bit for ya'll. I'll be on the lookout for other movies that may qualify for discussion here.
I do admit to having zero enjoyment for the films of Gregg Akari, so I probably won't be writing any "Doom Generation" fic. Sorry.

I started this community because of my fixation with movies about teenagers who a) fall in love, have sex, and murder everyone who crosses their path, or b) become obsessed with each other, plan a murder together in an attempt to get closer while ultimately denying their attraction for each other, and kill a random stranger in what is ultimately one huge metaphor. Why I love them so, I have no idea. But I do. And I need a place to share my obsession, so here we are.
The username of this community comes from Poe's song "I Go Wild", which is a perfect biggayteenagemurderers (in love) theme song.
