I'm a very proud Aussie right now...

Tonight, all of our commercial TV and Radio stations televised / broadcast simultaneously an Appeal for the Tsunami disaster. In just a couple of hours Aussied donated almost $16 million dollars. It's an amazing effort and it really tugs on the heart strings to know just how generous this country is. The government has already donated $1 billion so this is just fantastic.

The human spirit is so amazing at times.

Subject:Christmas Wish List

As this will be the first Xmas to be spent with *MY* family, I am going to try to make it as special as possible... There are only a few things on my wish list this year, those being:

- My engagement ring ;) (Im on the prowl already and B is tagging along haha)
- Sex and the City series (DVD)
- Wardrobe additions (since I'll be leaving most of my things here in Oz)

I can imagine that E will be spoiled rotten! But so he should be. Last year he slept through most of Christmas Day. This year I feel he will be a right terror. It will be great!

B on the other hand... What can I get the man who has everything? (Translated: He has me :P) I've got a few things in mind, but I'll see how I go. No doubt other things will come to mind when we're shopping.

I have my folks, bro and sis to think about, and hopefully they get theirs before the Day (only 10 days til E and I leave for Wales again).

Then there's B's folks, grandfolks, his brother and his missus -- the inlaws to be... Must make a good impression!!

Ebay might be getting a fair whack of business from me!! :D
