| Bio: | MY JOURNAL IS MOSTLY "FRIENDS ONLY". I have recently decided to have some entries open but comments will be screened. Adding me as a friend does not mean I will feel compelled to add anyone back. If you read my journal with expectations of explicit details about hot kinky sex then you are in the wrong place. There are VERY few times I feel compelled to write about my sex life. When I do write about such it will either be locked to people I know I can trust and consider mature enough to handle such. A BIT ABOUT ME. I’m a 35-year-old female in a long-term committed relationship with a wonderful dominant man. We have a kitty that thinks she's the dominant of the house. “Our baby” is a 2004 Custom 1200 Harley Sportster. I am an honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran. Now I'm a stay at home house slave. *grins* It's like being a housewife except we ain’t married. I have been a daughter, mother, wife, ex-wife, aunt, friend, enemy, lover, employee, employer, student, and many other things to many different people. There's no one word or phrase that will sum up who I am. I'm still learning who I am. My journal is not all there is to me. I'm a blunt, complex, deep, multitalented, outgoing, outspoken, opinionated, and at times shy person who can be brutally honest at times. I'm still working on me, learning about me and forever changing. I am not the person now that I was years ago. Nor do I doubt I will be the same person years from now. I’m not above contradicting myself. I tend to type how I talk most times. I quite frequently misspell words, use improper grammar, use slang, and in general butcher the English language. If you are a grammar whore I would probably only irritate you. Most times I do not use “spell check” because I intentionally leave the “g” off the ends of words when I say something like, “I am goin to hell in a handbasket.” That is but one way I know I use to make my typing sound like my accent. MY JOURNAL. I don't expect everyone on my "friends list" to get along with each other. I do expect everyone to respect this is my journal in regards to their communications with each other here. Just as I try to do when I comment in others journals. Sometimes I may make a post regarding a topic from someone else's journal. These posts are just my own thoughts, viewpoints, feelings and /or experiences and are never meant to make less of anyone else's thoughts, viewpoints, feelings and /or experiences. I do try to "respect" even when I may not "understand." If you are overly sensitive or easily offended then this may not be a place you want to be. This is my journal and I say a lot here. Again, it’s my journal. What I post here is private for the most part. I expect what is said here to stay here. I do not talk about other people’s private posts and I appreciate the same in kind. If by chance I do say something that anyone would like to share elsewhere please just ask me. I’m usually agreeable to such. This is my space. I may rant, rave and vent. I make "to do" lists. I talk about events of my day. I recall memories. I recall my past and talk about my dreams. I state my opinions and feelings. Sometimes I even do quizzes and meme's. I’ll ask questions. It's a little bit of anything and everything but not all of who I am. There are even times I’ll talk about other people. This is my journal and my place to do as such. Cleaning my "friends list". Every so often I do a "spring cleaning" of sorts on my "friends list." It's nothing personal and I usually won't comment to say "I'm taking you off for X,Y,Z." It's not meant to be mean or as a personal strike against anyone. Reasons can be as wide and varied as someone who hasn't posted in months, goes weeks between entries, I don't feel I'm getting to know you, I don't feel a common connection, or even that I just have too much going on in my personal life to keep up with a lot on LJ. Or it could be something else entirely. Fact is I bare a lot of my soul here and I like to feel some kind of friendship, connection or commonality with those that can peek inside. This means getting to know each other is a two way street. If you don't ever update or only post meme's and quizzes it's likely that I'm not getting to know you. Thus you are more likely to be removed. Relationships. *Most times* I do not have 2 or more people from one relationship on my friends list. There are rare exceptions. I love reading both aspects of a relationship. In my experience more times than not the relationships tend not to last and then I feel awkward at times with both people talking about each other after things start to go wrong. Or I get paranoid after said breakup that I'm on both "friends lists."
