Rules and such~:
1. Don't steal icons
2. Give credit unless the icon maker says otherwise
3. Use LJ-cut if you have more than 3 icons
4. You can request icons
5. You may advertise your j-rock site/community, but don't overdo it
6. Only post J-rock icons. No Silver Ash, no J-pop.
7. Don't flood.
8. Drama will be deleted. Rushi doesn't need anymore members of Psycho le Cemu turning against her. XD

FAQs:

Q: I don't know where I can host my icons! What's a good place for me to host them?

A: There are a varity of good hosts out there, you just need to find a good one. A lot of hosts now don't let you direct link, or if they do let you, they slap a NASTY watermark on them.
Good hosts:
Photobucket They have really good image hostings and allow direct linking
Webpost Only 1MB of space allowed, but that's okay in the beginner icon maker's mind :3
Bad hosts:
Geocities Limited space. JPEG, GIF and PNG direct linking is not allowed. *changing the file to .txt does work though O.o*
Tripod I don't think they even allow direct linking >_>

Q: I'm x-posting (cross posting) this icon post in various icon and graphic communities, but I have a few graphics that aren't J rock related, can I still post them?

A: No, I'm sorry but our community only accepts Jrock related icons.

Q: Okay, how about friends only banners and user info images?

A: icons only. Other communities to consider:

Q: Help! Someone said I stole their icons! What does this mean?

A: The answer is really simple, you probably didn't put credit in your keywords for the icon you took ^^;. Crediting is simple! ^^;

Q: Someone is harassing me about my icons, leaving rude comments! What should I do?

A: Drama is not excepted. (Because it's usually resulting in a member of Psycho le Cemu turning against [info]dearwifesakko XD). Tell one of the four mods! We'll take care of it n.n;

Q: Why aren't Silver Ash icons accepted?

A: Even though they're a really good visual band (in [info]nookicky's opinion, at least)... they're not a Japanese band. *gaspshock XD* They're actually a band from China, making them into a whole different catagory. (Don't ask me what that is, I'll probably give you some lame answer like "Crock" >_>;;).
