People can friend me but I may not friend people back because I struggle to keep up with the friends that I have now. Most of the friends I have at the moment I have met at some point offline and are active parts of my life.

I am a silly romantic. I have been told I trust people too easily too quickly, so always end up getting hurt. Really I think I find it too hard to trust anyone and doubt I could ever trust anyone completely. What a lonely way to be. Maybe there is someone "out there" who will change that...

That Other Stuff :

I am 27 years old. I was born in Newfoundland, Canada and lived there for 10 years. Moved to England because parents missed it. Then moved around various parts of England. I was put in a private school in an attempt to "reform" me. It did a little bit of good I guess. Went through a period of randomly snogging guys at nightclubs. Got bored of that because I never really enjoyed it. After going through the usual educational system, I finally have finished with a 2:1 degree in Computing from Oxford Brookes uni. No idea what I want to do with my life whatsoever. Currently working at Waterstones until I figure out what I want. I broke my back in July 2000 horse-riding. It was a life-changing experience. To see me now, you would not know I had ever done it, except for a couple of scars on my body. It made me realise how short life is...I enjoy travelling and going to see bands, particularly Texas, Briskeby and Garbage! Trying to occupy myself, in an attempt to "get over" or "move on" [neither words are right] from a relationship with the only person I have ever loved. It was *the* best experience of my life and I will *always* love her...but nothing lasts forever. I dont think I ever want anyone else... Inside I died in November 2000. Right now I am just a shell of a human being.
