Hello. I attended the Austin show last night. 'Twas worth the waiting in the rain. Anywho, I took some pictures which can be found here. I like some of them but the lighting wasn't so great and I don't like using a flash.
Please don't steal them!
Yes, the show was fantastic. And I don't have a setlist. Oh, also, if you were that ..trashy GIRL who shoved your way to the front and proceded to almost ruin the show for me and about everyone who was around you, SHAME ON YOU.

I went to Ft Worth show.. I didn't expect anything more, it was great! My only beef was the crowd...people kept clustering around me even when there was hardly any room and I wasn't going to budge! It got hot really fast... and the tall people were being dickheads and kept getting in front of me so I could hardly see anything. And there's nothing like a fat middle aged man elbowing you thoughtout the whole show. LOL! Anyway, despite that...I got my guy friend (luckily he was tall enough to see over people) to take pictures of the band and I took a few..or tried to. I also waited after the show with my friend Lynn and we got pictures with Todd, the keyboardist, and the bassist? I think? Anyway, that was really cool. I shall show pics when I finish the film roll and develop the pics! I was surprised that it was a sold out show because I didn't think a lot of people would know about The Faint, but I guess I was wrong!
Anyone else's ribs hurt?.. Maybe it's just me.. Maybe I dansed too hard? Heh.

This is probably a stupid question but is there anyone in or around Houston that could offer me and two friends a place to stay tommorow night after the faint show? We're coming in to town from Louisiana and would rather not have to drive all the way back home after the show. Please help! :)

last night i went to the faint. best show of my life. when we got there, i bought a shirt right away. beep beep started and they were really great. tv on the radio was gonna start so i went in to see them. they were really great. i've never heard them before, too. after tv on the radio, i waited around for the faint and i got into the front row, but i was on the left side of the stage. the faint came out and everyone was dancing. the guitarist and keyboardist were dancing really well. i loved yelling out lyrics, and i really enjoyed dancing to it. i don't have any pictures and you can blame my brother on that because he took the camera to yuma. :[
if you're thinking about going, definately go.

The Faint/JAX show |

ok so yea, i got to meet the faint!! i got there an hour before the doors opened so i could be sure to get a spot right in front of the stage. then i stood there for an hour.. my feet were already starting to hurt. beep beep and tv on the radio were great. the faint though.. they played all of my favorite songs off the new album AND!!! they played take me to the hospital. the song off the saddle creek comp. i was so surprised and happy they played it because it's my favorite of theirs. also, the cover they did of psycho killer by the talking heads. fuckign genius. i couldn't stop dancing the whoel entire set. i was determined to meet them and brought a cd with me for them to sign. after the show i walked outside and saw a member of beep beep walking out of a door on the side of the building. i'm standing there trying to see through the fence back to where the faint are standing around and this other kid walks up with a poster he wants signed. the door opened and we ran inside. they were all just standing around talking. they were the nicest guys ever. they signed all of our stuff and were talking to us. thanked us for coming to the show. it was really fucking great. anyways, i've rambled enough haha. ( some pictures of the faint/tv on the radio )

Tonight must have honestly been one of the most incredible nights in dance concert history. Even though there were quite a number of people who were not dancing, which defeats the whole point of seeing the faint, it was great just getting away and finding a spot to dance it up with random strangers.
I hope all of you had an amazing time as well, and were able to get home safely. I hope to see photos someday, I forgot my camera in the car. :( Have a good day tomorrow!

Did anyone have a chance at meeting them after the show? I would guess not since it doesn't really look like anyone's talking about it. What about pictures? No pictures? Just curious... don't reply if you're going to be an asshole. Thanks.

I went last night to go see the Faint at SOMA in San Diego. It was a great show, and was really packed. Beep Beep was, Interesting. Tv on the radio was pretty good too. for some reason their bassist wouldn't face the audience. They sort of messed up their setlist and played their finisher early, but they still were very good. Then the Faint came on, and the place just broke into mania. Amazing show, great sound guy, Good all around.

I want one of my photos to be put on the label of a Jones Soda bottle, I would ask for your vote on my photo.

Just click that link, and in the best case scenario, please vote "10".
I would be insanely grateful.
