    to be incantonee
oh fair journal, how art thou?

    why are
    the dogs
    fighting outside?
    the neighbor's bitch
    is in heat,
    again.

kites sound like fun. monica wanted to go fly a kite in front of her new apartment yesterday...would've gotten caught in the power lined web. i'm glad they put all that cable netting up there, just in case someone forgets to pay the gravity bill- it's the backup plan.

i think i scared chelsie off of live journal...it's not personal anymore if you know who's reading your journal. oh well, she's cooler in person anyways.

i gotta go. i think one of the dogs got my cat.

    Time spinning, slowly grinning...
    'oly molee!

Only 3 more hours before I kick off va-ca-tion!!!
Hrmmmm, what will I do, what will I do....

    NOTHING!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Actually, I want to get a hammock, go to the lake to sail and catch some rays tommorow, get all my finances in order, get myself in debt buying a new truck, and go to Austin on thursday for SXSW.

And finish the EP, that too. The shitty part is I hafta sell some sculptures to get the funds. Finding someplace to put my stuff up is the hard part, the the dealer gets a cut and... It'll be worth it though if it sells. Unngh, $150 is all I need for the CD mastering- donations accecpted.

gotta go back to work, but make sure ya check out the SouthFM show at www.southfm.com

    adios whoever reads this

so many titles for tonight...first thought-best thought

    -ghost dog prowlings
    -secret valentine buyings
    -clapping crack politics
    -dank mexican chocolate
    -car seated spirits

for some reason it feels like halloween in east dallas, or Day of the Dead. so many stray dogs, so much dirt, so many hollow demons waving arms with futility like souls flagging taxis out of hell...i don't know what it is. and no, i'm not bitter...i just had an interesting trip home.

    seniors in trucks swerving,
    senioritas swooning
    (in the middle seat singing)

    sweet babies driving home ]
    smoking, handless
    and still alone
    for some odd reason

...but this is all streamed live and direct thru. there are other things that were premeditated instaed, they, instead, have been seperated.

    like my wheels spinning,
    constantly
    low octane, high RPM
    no map
    just go.

...and that's pretty much it for the past couple of years. Gheezus the things i take up to keep the engine runnin are the things that keep me from actually going anywhere...which might be a good thing because there's no tellin' where i want to go next,

    MAYBE
    rock, jazz, hip-hop,
    or,
    no wave, classical, folk,
    possibly,
    beats, rhymes, lyrics,
    maybe,
    taps, pops and
    n
    o
    i
    s
    e
    but then again there's always
    avant, s u r r e a l ,
    (real)
abstract, imp ress i on, repression
    print, sho ot, sculpt

create create create is the common theme,
    with no room to reflect
    and react

i need a vehicle, a catylist. something, a sign, to give me direction. i have sooo much energy to posses ideas
    and empty thoughts
    and empty thoughts
    and empty thoughts
    and harness repetition
    and to spite repetition
    and to realize love
and to well know the difference between.

    Goodnight Napster...
Napster is offically dead...well, at least its FREEdom.

"I think it's a good idea because it's people trading music. It has nothing to do with industry or finance, it's just people that want music and there's nothing wrong with that. It's the same as someone turning on the f****** radio, it's the same as someone putting a cassette in a cassette deck when the BBC plays a special radio session. I don't think it's a crime, it's been going on for years. It's the same as people making tapes for each other. The industry is more threatened by it because it's the worldwide web and it's a broader scope of trading, but I don't think it's such a f******* horrible thing. The first thing we should do is get all the f****** millionaires to shut their mouths, stop bitching about the 25 cents a time they're losing."

    Curtain Call
    awww maaannnn,

Earl Harvin canceled last night's show damnit! Not only that, but Unit 33 (who was supposed to open the show) broke up. I went anyways to see Falcon Project. It's sad, I hadn't seen them play in a club since GP started playing drums with 'em. The show was 'aight, the Falcon Project is a great band doing great experimental things always, but the draw was kinda low...probably would have been kick'n had Earl not canceled. However, as an added bonus, Little Grizzly played...pretty much team EchoLabs/Quality Park Records (motto= 'What part of "we're broke" don't you understand?'). If yr a band that wants high quality recording done with creative producers, the Echo Lab in Argyle/Denton is the place to go. I think they're closed right now for renovations, but they'll be back in action in no time at all. Ask for Matt Barnhart and be sure to tip him well, he deserves it.

...some analog Insence for yr mind
ghee-whizz, why is life so taxing sometimes?

...why are bands like godsmack so popular?
...why so folks isolate themselves from neighbors here?
...why is dubya the president of the united states?
...why are both my in-camera and hand-held light meters broken?
...why do I work in plano?
...why is plano the "tree city"?
...why did SWBELL kill my DSL for no reason?
...why did my neighbor put his 'abused dog on the three foot chain' on my side of the yard, and how did he end up in my backyard late last night in the dark?
...why can't go to Rhode Island too?
...why doesn't the alamo have a basement?

In a pod we speak softly:
"...I heard the wood wisper..." she said,
    "...Maya runs her fingers-
    through leaves of grass,
    or even hairs of glass-
    never discerning between the two!"

In a tower: of glass and power,
    benieth hot rays they brew-
    concoctions of lust,
    "In speed we Trust"
    and worry 'bout presidental Jews.

In a pod we speak softly,
    transmissions encoded for you-
We're in a rage or we're out of sage,
and don't even need to shout "adu!",
because leaving just lends to a new.

Kite like swerves right, SKIN BURN CRASH
My sister-in-law was in a car accident on Friday.

A tire on her VW blew out on the highway, slamming her into an 18-wheeler and pinning her car under the back wheels.

She wasn't wearing her seatbelt at the time.

She didn't break a single bone in her body.

Her torso would have been crushed by the truck tire if she was wearing her seat belt.

    ...no, I don't fully understand.

...anybody have creative suggestions for discrete disposal of an overplayed Limp Bizcut CD? I've had to listen to this piece of shit every day for the past month at work. If it just disappears, they'll know it was me...hrmmm.

    ARRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!! "..rollin'rollin'rollin'-HA"

but it wasn't even dark just yet.

    We will not stop

It doesn't matter where you go-
we have for you a new life,
