first test this afternoon...as a result ive actually been doing a lot of work. bleh ive been to the library for way too many days and for too long too.
but GOOD NEWS! i got a job! i got a paid research assistant job and start on tuesday morning.
the downfall of all of this...the end of watching passions : (
i wish i had tivo or something bc now im never going to be able to watch the drama in harmony!
for the next 2 weeks im going to be STRESSED. a ton of shit happening at once. and i really cant wait for it to be over already. saturday is the formal at the lemont since they had to reschedule it so that will be a good break.
OMG. so we didnt go to groundhogs day and i was PISSED. bc im 12 yrs old and heart bam margera and they were filming an episode of viva la bam with the grounghog!!! ahhhh. oh well, im over it now. nicks little sister was so excited she got to meet him hahha.
ugh classes suck.

in other news i have a crazy stereotypical italian man teaching my italian american culture class. it seems fun but he is crazy...i didnt even feel like i was in there for 2 and a half hours. he owns a coffee shop in the strip...so maybe i can mooch some free coffee.
this weekend im not doing anything. which sucks since its a long weekend.
i think i was depressed for the past 2 weeks and i hope to god it never happens again...blahhh. now im starting to feel a bit better tho.
oddly it got to 69 degrees today. and tomorrow its supposed to snow. gotta love pittsburgh weather.
i guess i should go and read the 250 pages of italian i have to read blehhhhhhhh.

i was going to post a lot about end of school and since ive been home because this is the first day ive had access to the family computer...(its in frankies room and i wasnt aloud to use it while he was in town)...but i had to put my ferret to sleep today so basically all happy stuff that happened including christmas is kinda of outta mind right now...today was the most traumatic day of my life (the ppl at the emergency clinic are the most heartless bastards)...basically just wanted to let ppl know im home...call me or comment if you wanna hang out.
nick will be here in 2 days thank god.

ughhhh i dont want to do anything anymore. no studying...but i know i will. on friday i have to grade exams all day after my italian exam which will prolly suck ass. my dad is coming on saturday and then we have to go and hang out with my pap in the home hes in...fun esp since he prolly wont know who i am. but itll be worth it since saturday were going to sit in the expensive seats at lowes. i guess ill got a lot of reading done. kljdfhsalkjhdf

im so overwhelmed right now...
mainly bc i want to read/scrapbook/bake/etc. instead of WRITING PAPERS.
oh god. i thought this week was going to be easy.
ive been working on my directed research paper for a month now. and we FINALLY have data to look at this afternoon...i guess thats a good thing since my paper is due TOMORROW!!! oh well. i also have to write a paper on my experience as a TA and oh yeah...thats due tomorrow as well, except i havent started that one yet. whoops. its ok tho bc my teacher gave us all xmas gifts yesterday during our last group meeting! I WANT TO READ SO BAD. GOD.
im kinda pissed bc next week was going to be smooth and relaxing but in every class teachers keep mentioning shit at the last minute. the worst was today when francesca was like since i took a day off and went to virginia for a conference we have to meet next week for a review. I WANT THIS STUPID ITALIAN CLASS TO BE OVER. i was so excited bc today was our last class...until she announced that in the middle of my free day on wedneday we have a mandatory review session for the exam. GAY.
please be over now. why is pitt the only school with finals a week later than everyone else? blah.

THANK GOD THIS SEMESTER IS ALMOST DONE!!!
ok now that thats out of the way...
i actually had the best weekend all semester this weekend. friday morning i went and spent 2 and a half hours mounting my photos for class and now im done! then that afternoon me and meghan went out to the waterfront without whiney buys who dont want to go in michaels. really tho it was just nice to have 6 hours of shopping without boys pacing while we tried on clothes and took our time. ive decided i need a car now. how convenient.
saturday i had so much fun with nick. we went to squirrel hill and walked around for like an hour, i got a movie i needed to write my film final and then we got hungry. we went to this place in lawrenceville where i went with all my italia friends but they told us they werent serving between 4 and 5. i was pissed oh well. so we went to and walked around the strip and after many attempt to find somewhere to eat that wasnt closed we ate at a small pizza place. then we went and rented a movie and of course half way through i fell asleep, what a surprise! when i woke up we went for icecream at the cold stone creamery and then nick decided we shouuld go to mt washington. so we drove through south side and ended up finding a place to park. it was so clear out i wish i had my camera!!! we stayed for like ten minutes and since i saw the tree in ppg plaza from mt washington and hadnt gone to lightup nite, we drove around downtown looking at all of the lights. ahhh i love pgh.
blah sunday was a lazy day. i made pancakes in the morning and made nick and his cousin watch my film i did my final on...brakhage's window water baby moving, which is an experimental film and shows a graphic birthing. its really gross and nick almost threw up lol. that film is great birth control...altho it wasnt intended for that. later i wrote my paper. then i made dinner...nothing happened.
so that was my best weekend...bc i really didnt do much work!!!! omg thank god the work is finally drifting offfffffff. this semester was a bitch and made me crazy.
yeah so this entry was a result of my boredom. oh well. i guess i was overdue for an update anyways...

my on-demand cable has the FIRST SEASON OF ROAD RULES!!! back when it was good!!! when they actually toured around and didnt have to win anything. they even visited their families!! with kit los allison mark shelly omgggg. AND they dont all look like abercrombie kids
im such a loser. i didnt do anything but homework and watch tv tonite. im glad i have so many friends here...

wtf. so everyone is on an island but like 5 ppl on this damned show. so of course it would be perfectly great for sammy and lucas to get married. thatll be a popular event with the other 3 ppl that are not on the island attending. therefore i think its another awful ploy these writers made to get my hopes up on another storyline before they destroy them all.
oh yeah. and the kid playing will CANNOT act. completely forced laughing and the whole bit. he reminds me of a kid in a school play...except this is tv and he shouldnt be wasting my money.

sooo i think i have a gas leak.
im sure i dont tho...im just super paranoid since ive never had a gas stove or anything for that matter. i just cooked something in the oven and now all i can smell is gas...but is it really gas im smelling? oh well.
ANDDD im tired. since i watched rescue 911 too many times when i was little, im pretty sure ppl die when they go to sleep and the gas is leaking.
SOOOO the sliding glass door is open currently. bc i think a nap during my soaps in inevitable.
BUTTT it is pouring outside and 'my chair' is by the door so im getting sprinkled!
atleast im still alive guhs!
on the other hand i would like some homemade choc chip cookies. but i dont feel like making a mess and cleaning it up. so someone make me some now. thanks!

anyways...super overloaded right now. but i think i have it under control. you should be happy that i figured out how to make graphs on excel and now no longer need to alott time that i dont have to going to office hours! phew!
training for administering language tests to small children started this week. i have another meeting tom. i guess im going to be on a schedule of thurs and fri afternoons after training is done...weeeellll see tho...im going to ask if i can do it on monday mornings so i can not have shit in the middle of friday. im not even scheduled for the early morning! ugh.
so tears for fears is on jay leno right now and im severly dissappointed! cmon guys sing my song! this one sounds like that one song...you know the one that goes...'there she gooooesss, there she goes aaagggaaainnnn'...which i think is now used in birth control comercials or something gay like that. woah. pass on their new stuff.
