More Bush Lies

Tragically, two more have died of the flu bug that's been going around.

But wait a minute. Didn't Bush promise us that America would be safer if we took out Saddam? Stupid Bush!

The article is bordering on alarmist. When they point out that the two children did not receive flu shots, they make it seem as if the shots would have prevented their deaths.

Unfortunately, the current flu shot does not cover the deadly strain of flu that is killing people this year.

Two weeks from now, a new dispatch from Dean's World will begin like this:

"There is a vicious and hateful meme in the hard-left circles of the Democratic Party that George W. Bush claimed that he would make the USA safe from the flu.

"Now, the fact is that there is even less evidence for this claim than the preposterous notion that Bill Clinton was a cocaine dealer, which was alleged by one or two loonies on the hard right while Clinton was President.

"But the fact is, George Bush never actually said he would make citizens of the USA safer from the flu. I challenge anyone reading this to prove it.

"And if you believe it then you are a mindless partisan hack who thinks that BushLied(tm).

"This is just another sign that the Democratic Party is going to lose big-time next year. And lose they should, because viciously hateful monsters like Anger-Man Howard Dean will lead them off the cliff into oblivion.

"It's a shame, really, because I used to be a Democrat..."

:^)

Actually, Ara, I wouldn't be surprised if, with a few proper nouns switched around(so that the good guys are all Dems), that article were to show up on deanforamerica.com... ;*)

Why do I sometimes feel that the name "Dean's World" should be changed to "Bush Country?"

I think we are bordering on a blind obsession. I recall a MNF pre-game interview with Britney Spears who said "I think we should just trust our president in every decision that he makes and we should just support that."

Dean, is Britney sending you secret messages or visa versa? Hit me baby one more time!

I think I have the flu. Dry heaving sucks. Come take care of me.

Or it's just meningitis. In which case, good bye.

Well put, Ara. Funny and on-point. "Dean's World" has passed through self-parody and come out the other side.

Adam and Ara: Why are you here then?

Posted by Richard Cook on December 30, 2003 at 1:54 PM

...esmay...san antonio...mules...stubborn

I have no Idea why I moved here, do you? I was enjoying the high life of Chicago. I love the night life, I love to boggie, on the high rise. Yeah baby, get down...

OOps, isn't this Dean's... World? Now I thought John Kennedy was shot in Dallas not to far from here.

Houston...we've got a problem, I heard a serious rumor, check it out Dean. They may move the Alamo to Sea World. I am totally serious! That is more serious than Dean is Bush Country, now that is silly.

What's the matter, Tim, irked 'cuz you're backing that loser Clark? Heh heh heh.

You know darn well Dean has criticized Bush lots of times; you just remember when he blasts Democrats who come up with lame criticisms instead of legitimate ones. Embarassing, isn't it? :)

Oh, and speaking of lame criticsms, a link from Sgt. Hook: apparently Howard Dean is blaming mad cow disease on President Bush...

So maybe Dean Esmay isn't so far off target after all? Heh.

P.S. Ara: loved it. Maybe you can write a script for Dean so he can just fill in the blanks... heh heh heh.

Does this mean its too late to get a flu shot for my mad cow?

It is late here & sure nobody is posting but me now. I am the one in bush country. I had a beautiful long stroll and it is beautiful here. This place is full of hills and trees and yep this is where the President hails from. I will send smoke signals along with Britney's notes. Glad nobody is online at this late night hour.

I will go boggie now. Yep, I will get down. This young at heart ole gal. I ain't that old. I have everybody fooled, don't I Dean?

I love the night life. If they only knew the music I REALLY LISTENED TO.

I'm on duty. Send me a message.

Richard:

I can't speak for Adam, but I'm here because I enjoys Dean's company (and everyone who comes here).

In fact, if I was having more fun, I'd have to be twins.

I'm just saying.

And Ara is more than welcomed not only by Dean but others here who look forward to getting his perspective on any subject. There wouldn't be much discussion going on here if we all just agreed with each other on every topic. Ara can be counted on for a well-stated defense of his ideas. (Even if he's wrong a lot. Heh) It's more than just Dean and Rosemary who look forward to his comments.
