Alex Taylor Named 'Palm Beach (Fla.) Post' Publisher
Alex Taylor has been appointed publisher of The Palm Beach (Fla.) Post. Taylor most recently served as publisher of The Daily Sentinel in Grand Junction, Colo. Doug Franklin, who most recently was the Post's publisher, is leaving to take a top position in a restructuring at parent company Cox Enterprises Inc.

Rebecca Snoddy Named Asst. Controller at 'Richmond (Va.) Times-Dispatch'
Rebecca Snoddy has been named assistant controller for the Richmond (Va.) Times-Dispatch. Previously, she was an accounting manager for the newspaper. Before that, she was the accounts payable supervisor at Media General. Snoddy succeeds Jonathan Edwards.
