Jeremy London's identical twin brother Jason is worried his flesh and blood inked a deal with "Celebrity Rehab" for all the wrong reasons -- possibly focusing on fame rather than recovery.
Jason (right) tells TMZ, "Of course it is my wish that my brother gets the help that he needs. I truly wish that his motivations for doing this show were to actually admit that he has a problem, take the help, and get his life back."
He adds, "Unfortunately, it does not appear that his motivations are such, and it's going to be a public forum instead of a private intensified rehabilitation. This concerns me. All I can do is hope."
Jeremy hitched his wagon to Dr. Drew's reality show earlier this month -- and will get a reported $40,000 for his trouble.

One of the doctors on trial for allegedly conspiring to fuel Anna Nicole Smith with drugs claims he's being prosecuted because he's openly gay and a member of an ethnic minority.
Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, an openly gay man of East Indian descent, claims in legal docs obtained by TMZ, that there is "abundant evidence that others similarly situated to Dr. Kapoor were not prosecuted in this or comparable cases, and that the District Attorney's Office targeted Dr. Kapoor in order to buttress claims and agendas."
In the docs, Kapoor's lawyer, Ellyn Garofalo, claims a picture published by TMZ showing her client in the 2005 Gay Pride Parade in West Hollywood was "the catalyst for his prosecution."

We just found another bug in the iPhone ... or at least Oksana Grigorieva did, because we've learned she used Steve Jobs' brainchild to secretly record Mel Gibson.
Sources tell TMZ Oksana used an app to capture Mel Gibson's rage ... though it's unclear which app she used.
The device itself will become relevant when the experts try and determine if the recordings were altered in any way.
For the record, there's also a sound editing app.
Oksana's spokesman, Steve Jaffe refused to comment.
Oh, one more thing. We're assuming she used a 3G model, because it didn't drop the call.

Mel Gibson's soon-to-be ex-wife, Robyn, has written a sworn declaration on behalf of Mel, saying he has never physically abused her or any of their children in the 28 years they were married ... TMZ has learned.
We've learned in the declaration, Robyn writes, "Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during or after our marriage." Robyn also says there was never any domestic violence perpetrated by Mel against any of their children.
Yesterday, Robyn was spotted out running errands in Malibu.
We've learned the declaration was filed with the court this morning. We're told Robyn's declaration will also be submitted to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department when Mel's lawyers present their evidence to deputies next week.
In the 1-page declaration, Robyn acknowledges that she is divorcing Mel but says, "Mel was a wonderful and loving father."
Robyn -- who is widely respected in Hollywood -- could ultimately be very powerful ammo for Mel.

John Daly literally put every ounce of energy into his unbelievably dominant first round performance at the British Open today ... cause right when he got home, dude immediately passed the hell out.
TMZ spoke with Daly's girlfriend who told us after the round ... she ran out to pick up some dinner ... and returned to find Daly racked out on the couch ... catching some well deserved shut eye.
We're told Daly -- who's battled drug and alcohol abuse throughout his career -- did have a Bloody Mary before he played this morning ... but it was of the virgin variety. He went on to play one of the best rounds of his life ... tied for third place ... one stroke ahead of Tiger Woods.
Daly will be up in just a few hours to play round two -- we'll see if the power nap will help out his game.

The Michigan couple accused of trying to extort $680,000 from John Stamos -- claiming they had photos of the actor with strippers and cocaine -- was found guilty today ... and now face 5 years in prison.
24-year-old Allison Coss and 31-year-old Scott Sippola were convicted of conspiracy -- as well as threatening Stamos' reputation via email.
Stamos sounded alarms back in December that he was the victim of an extortion attempt -- prompting an FBI sting operation that resulted in the couple's arrest at a Michigan airport.
FBI agents testified that they never found any photos of Stamos getting down and dirty with strippers -- and Stamos' attorney claims they don't exist.

Erin Andrews just sued a string of hotels for allegedly giving her stalker easy access to secretly record the ESPN reporter.
In the civil lawsuit, filed in State Court in Chicago, Andrews claims the hotels -- which include Marriott and Radisson -- gave Michael David Barrett her room number and allowed him to check into adjacent rooms. Barrett recorded Andrews through modified peepholes in her hotel room doors.
Attorney Marshall Grossman -- who repped Erin during Barrett's stalking trial -- tells TMZ, "Erin filed the lawsuit to send a message to hotel chains that they need to exercise greater care in protecting their guests. She was seriously harmed by what happened there."
In the suit, Andrews claims negligence, infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.

Lindsay Lohan's new legal eagle Robert Shapiro just arrived at the sober living house where LiLo was seen checking into yesterday afternoon.
Shapiro -- who was hired in the hopes he'd save LiLo from her 90-day jail sentence -- actually owns the West Hollywood facility.
Shapiro's ultimate goal is to show Judge Marsha Revel that Lindsay needs rehab and not jail time ... we'll see how that pans out on Tuesday when Lindsay is expected to enter the slammer.

We've learned the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has one witness they really want a sit-down with ... Mel Gibson.
Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "We would like to speak to Mr. Gibson," adding his department has extended an invitation "but we have not gotten a definitive answer."
As TMZ first reported ... Gibson's lawyers have said they might make their client available at some point in the future.
Mel's lawyers will present their case to the investigating officers next week.

TMZ has learned a detective from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department now has CDs of the conversations Oksana Grigorieva recorded.
We've learned the detective is assigned to the domestic violence part of the investigation. There are other detectives -- also present in court -- who are investigating allegations of child endangerment.
Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "The court released the audio tapes to our detective handling the domestic violence investigation. Those tapes will now be reviewed and analyzed by our detectives as well as forensic detectives."
