Less than a week into rehab, Rachel Uchitel has kicked her addiction to prescription pills -- not because Dr. Drew is that good ... but because she never was addicted, according to sources.
Rachel started taping "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" this week, and sources close to the production say she never really had a pill popping problem -- instead, we're told, Rachel is getting "genuine treatment for emotional issues."
It's unclear what's at the root of those "issues," but it doesn't take a PhD to make a diagnosis.
One source adds Rachel isn't just collecting a paycheck -- "She's taking it seriously, and getting as much out of this as the cast members who are dealing with drugs or booze."
Good luck Dr. Drew.

TMZ has learned there's an eerie similarity between Jennifer Aniston's alleged stalker and Shawn Johnson's convicted stalker -- both guys had run-ins with police during cross-country treks to California ... and both were sent on their merry way.
As we first reported, Jen's alleged stalker Jason Peyton drove from Pennsylvania to California last month to allegedly hunt her down.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, Peyton's car broke down on June 26, and a state trooper pulled over to assist him. The NSP says the trooper ran Peyton's plates and found there was a missing person's report out for him -- but the trooper let the 24-year-old go because he was of legal age and hadn't broken any laws.
What the trooper didn't know was that Peyton's parents filed the report because they feared he was going after Aniston.
Last year Shawn Johnson's stalker Robert O'Ryan was pulled over by Alabama cops while driving to California to find Shawn. O'Ryan -- who rambled during the stop about marrying Shawn -- was only ticketed for minor offenses and let go ... because cops had no legal reason to arrest him.
O'Ryan was found guilty last month of felony stalking and deemed mentally insane -- while Peyton is currently under a 5150 psychiatric hold.

If you ever wondered how NOT to pick up a gorgeous bikini model, Andy Dick recently put on a free clinic ... and luckily for you, we have video of the entire ordeal.
It all went down during the recent filming of an online reality show called "If I Can Dream" -- when the smoking hot star of the show, Giglianne Braga, stumbled upon Dick sleeping alone in the sand.
Unfortunately for Braga, Dick woke up ... and began hitting on her like his name was Gerard Butler.
Dick was then rejected more times than he's been arrested -- despite slurring stellar pickup lines like, "I'm gonna kiss you and hold you and cuddle you and f**k you."

Bryan Abrams from the 90s R&B group Color Me Badd was arrested after a fight with his wife.
It all went down Tuesday, when Honolulu police say Abrams got into an argument with his wife and threw her across the room.
The singer -- who actually performed with the old group Sunday in Hawaii -- was arrested on suspicion of harassment and released.
Abrams was also arrested back in 2008 on charges of domestic abuse and assault and battery after allegedly threatening to kill his girlfriend.

Someone who spent time with Lindsay Lohan today tells us she's "cool, calm and sleeping a lot."
As someone inside the jail told us, "She's not a mess at all. She's keeping to herself, better than yesterday and handling it pretty good."
We do not know if sleeping soundly in a noisy jail was Ambien induced.
Our jail source says she looks "stunningly beautiful."
As for what's on Lindsay's mind -- she wants to know when she's getting out.
And, we're told, Lindsay's peeps are trying to get her a copy of "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway from Barnes & Noble. Lindsay couldn't bring her own copy to jail -- B & N is the Sheriff's choice.

Add Rachel Uchitel to the list of people who think Michael Lohan is delusional ... because she denies doing any TV show with him -- a show Lohan claims sparked his fight with his fiancee.
Rachel tells TMZ she only met Michael once -- at a party on Long Island -- and hasn't spoken to him since. She says he did mention plans for a reality TV show, but she never agreed to be on it ... in fact she claims he never even asked her to be on it.
TMZ broke the story ... Lohan's fiancee Kate Major filed a complaint with police, alleging that he got physical with her during an argument.
Michael claims Kate's jealousy over the alleged TV show caused the argument.

Foxy Brown never incited the neighbor who had her arrested today for allegedly violating a protective order ... this according Foxy's manager.
Bernadette Brennan tells TMZ it all started as Foxy was walking to her car to go to rehearsal for her upcoming show at the B.B. King Blues Club in NY.
Brennan claims the neighbor came outside and started screaming at Foxy -- but the rapper just ignored her.
We're told Foxy went inside to avoid further confrontation -- and that's when the cops showed up.
As we first reported, the neighbor told cops a different story -- that Foxy verbally engaged her, a violation of the protective order the neighbor has against the rapper.

The United States Government wants Wesley Snipes behind bars immediately.
Federal prosecutors in Florida are tired of waiting for Wesley to do his time for tax evasion. They're asking the judge to "immediately revoke Wesley Trent Snipes's bail and order him to surrender."
Snipes was convicted in May 2008 for evading $12,000,000 in taxes.

Lindsay Lohan's Mother Dina and Sister Ali paid a visit to Lynwood jail this afternoon ... and this one was special.
Visiting hours are normally limited to weekends, but we're told the Sheriff's Department can make exceptions if there are security or safety concerns.

Oksana Grigorieva did not attempt to commit extortion against Mel Gibson ... so says her rep.
Stephen Jaffe tells TMZ, "To specifically address the allegations, my client, Ms. Grigorieva, has repeatedly stated that there is no credible evidence whatsoever of extortion by her, and she stands steadfastly by that statement."
TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has launched an investigation into the extortion claim after Gibson lawyer, Blair Berk, presented her evidence to investigators.
We're also told deputies are investigating Berk's claim that Oksana lied to authorities when she filed her complaint.

Michael Lohan tells TMZ ... his fiancee is so hard up for cash, she's invented the domestic violence story to pay the rent.
TMZ broke the story ... Kate Major filed a complaint with the Southampton Town Police Monday, alleging Michael shoved her over a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.
Lohan acknowledges an argument, but denies even touching her. He says, "Kate has severe drinking problems and she's jealous of all the people involved in the show."
Lohan is putting together a reality show with a cast that includes Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James.
Michael says of Kate, "She has no money, no job and she's been living off of me for the last 8 months ... and her dad just cut her off." He claims Kate needs money so bad, she would stoop to creating a false story.
Kate could not be reached for comment.
We're assuming the wedding may be off.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Foxy Brown has been arrested in New York.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Foxy was taken into custody just after 6 PM ET for allegedly violating a protective order. We're told one of her neighbors had an order requiring Foxy to keep her distance ... but Foxy allegedly violated it by verbally engaging the neighbor.

Sarah Palin ain't blowing off her daughter's wedding to former Playgirl model Levi Johnston -- according to the family's lawyer, rumors that Sarah is "boycotting" the ceremony are 100% bogus.
A Palin family lawyer tells TMZ, "The story asserting that Sarah Palin is 'boycotting' Bristol's wedding has been fabricated. There is no truth to this."
According to a source close to the family, no official date has been set -- but whenever the big day comes, Sarah and the family will be there to lend their support.
You betcha.
