MJ's mausoleum is about to be penetrated by a busload of hardcore Yoga enthusiasts ... and TMZ has learned Forest Lawn is welcoming them with open arms.

According to sources at the cemetery, the followers of Paramahansa Yogananda (pictured top right) -- a famous Indian guru and yogi who died 50 years ago -- plan to visit their master's crypt today for a prayer ritual ... and his crypt happens to be inside the same mausoleum where MJ resides.
The problem -- the Great Mausoleum has been on lockdown mode for months -- thanks to some overzealous MJ fans -- with the cemetery threatening to remove Jacko-holics by force if they're caught anywhere near the building.
But we're told since Yogananda's followers have been doing their prayer thing in the mausoleum for years -- and have never caused a problem -- they're cool to enter the area.
However, according to our sources, MJ's tomb will be covered with a screen during the spiritual visit -- and get this ... it's all because security is afraid a few crazed MJ fans could pose as yoga enthusiasts ... just to sneak into the mausoleum.
Namaste.

Lindsay Lohan used her time behind bars to brush up on one of her favorite hobbies ... writing -- and TMZ has learned she plans on turning her work into a profit.
![0730_lindsay_jail_notebook_GETTY_EX](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/07/30/0730-lindsay-jail-notebook-getty-ex.jpg)
Sources connected to the jailbird tell us Lohan filled up several notebooks during her incarceration ... documenting "every single thing about her life" in jail ... in the hopes that she can eventually turn the "journal" into a book.
We're told Lohan wrote about everything from her relationships to her family -- and even scribbled about her dreams.
It's not the first time Lindsay's tried to get her writing published ... just ask Judge Revel.

A $100 million war has erupted over the unauthorized Michael Jackson online casino -- and now GoDaddy.com could be on the hook for allowing the casino owner to register the site with them.
![0802_michael_jackson_casino_EX_Getty](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-michael-jackson-casino-ex-getty.jpg)
The man behind the lawsuit is Howard Mann -- who claims he owns the copyright to the photos featured on MichaelJacksonCasino.com ... an online gambling site created by a person who's managed to conceal his or her identity.
But in a lawsuit, filed Monday in federal court in Los Angeles, Mann claims the mystery owner registered the site through GoDaddy.com -- so now, he's also suing both the mystery owner and Go Daddy for playing "host" to the "illegal website."
Mann tells us by suing Go Daddy, he hopes to "flush out the name of the person" who owns MichaelJacksonCasino.com.
In the meantime -- Mann tells us he wants more than $100 million in damages from both Go Daddy and the casino owner.
A rep for Go Daddy tells us, "While we have not seen the lawsuit, if we are named, Go Daddy plans to vigorously defend itself." The rep adds, "When customers are involved in a legal dispute, Go Daddy complies with court orders."

Laurence Fishburne's daughter tells TMZ that the legendary actor is "very hurt" over her new XXX career path ... but for some reason, she's confident they can bury the hatchet.

Montana Fishburne -- aka "Chippy D" -- tells TMZ, "[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he's mad at me but I haven't spoken to him yet. I feel pretty
confident that I can work things out with him."
But here's where she might be wrong -- adding, "I think he wants to support me
in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time
he will view it as a positive."
According to Montana, she and Morpheus have always been on good terms -- in fact, up until the whole porn thing, she claims they spoke on a weekly basis. However, Montana also tells us she never gave her dad a heads-up on the porno news.
Montana tells us she plans to meet with her father soon to hash everything out.
As we previously reported, Montana decided to star in a sex tape for Vivid Entertainment in the hopes that she can further her career in Hollywood ... a la Kim Kardashian.

Michael Lohan has a better chance of getting into a UCLA astrophysics class, than he does of getting in to see Lindsay Lohan at UCLA Medical Center.
![0802_Lindsay_Michael_lohan_getty_ex](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-lindsay-michael-lohan-getty-ex-credit.jpg)
Sources tell TMZ Lindsay provided a list of people she will allow to
visit her during her 90-day court appointed rehab sentence ... and, we're told, it's "safe to say" Michael wasn't on that list.
We've also learned Michael would have gotten the same treatment at Morningside Recovery -- the place where Linds was originally supposed to go to rehab. We're told the staff had strict orders that Michael was to have "no contact or updates" about Lindsay's stay.
Looks like that song Michael wrote for Lindsay hasn't broken the ice just yet.

After 14 days of clean living, Lindsay Lohan's lungs could be working overtime again -- because TMZ has learned that unlike her jail, the UCLA rehab facility allows patients to smoke cigarettes during their stay ... but there's a catch.
![0802_lilorehab_smoking_EX_Getty](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-lilorehab-smoking-ex-getty-credit.jpg)
As we previously reported, Lohan was on a mandatory smoke break during her time in the clink -- and multiple sources connected to the actress were worried that she would have a tough time coping without her daily nicotine fix.
But we've learned UCLA allows rehab patients to smoke in a designated smoking area ... as long as they have their physician's consent.
We're not sure if LiLo has fired up a ciggie since she was released from custody ... but as long as she's working on kicking bad habits, it might not be a bad time to give it up.

Former "American Idol" finalist Kristy Lee Cook has landed right in the crosshairs of an animal rights group -- over a new reality show in which she's on the hunt for a record contract ... and animals to shoot.
![0802_kristie_lee_cooke_EX_Getty](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-kristie-lee-cooke-ex-getty-credit.jpg)
While promoting her new reality/hunting show "Goin' Country," Cook -- who placed 7th on "Idol" in 2008 -- recently said, "I never used to like killing animals until I got out and experienced it. It's the food chain. Animals are here for us to eat."
Obviously, the statement didn't sit well with the group In Defense of Animals, who see things a little differently ... saying, "Contrary to Kristy Lee's beliefs, animals are meant to live out their lives in peace, not to be killed for our enjoyment."
So we gotta ask ...

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley says Lindsay did the "dignified" thing by making a secret exit from jail -- instead of doing a red carpet walk for the media -- à la Paris Hilton.

Holley also says LiLo wasn't even jonesin' for a cigarette when she walked out of Lynwood ... where smoking's a no-no.

TMZ has learned the reclusive 32-year-old son of Frank Sinatra Jr. is currently hospitalized after authorities responded to a 911 call for a possible suicide attempt this afternoon in Downey, CA.
![0802_frank_sinatra_BN_Getty_5](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/03/0802-frank-sinatra-bn-getty-5-credit.jpg)
According to law enforcement sources, the patient -- who is also named Frank and is the son of 66-year old Frank Jr. (above) -- had consumed too many pills, but was conscious when authorities arrived on the scene.
A source close to the family tells TMZ it was indeed a "suicide attempt." We're told the younger Sinatra has always shunned the spotlight that's come with the family name.
Sinatra is currently being treated in the ER at Downey Regional Medical Center.

Sources connected with Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller tell TMZ now that Charlie's criminal case in Aspen is over, the deck has been cleared to begin divorce proceedings.
![0802_Charlie_Sheen_Brooke_Mueller_getty_ex](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-charlie-sheen-brooke-mueller-getty-ex-credit.jpg)
As we first reported back in June, Charlie and Brooke have signed divorce docs spelling out who gets what when their marriage ends.
Sources say they were holding off until Charlie's Aspen assault case was over, fearing a divorce would give prosecutors ammo in the case.
We're told almost from the beginning, Brooke has always wanted nothing to do with the case. And now that the case is over, we're told divorce docs will soon follow.

Charlie Sheen is already planning a trip to the happiest place on Earth ... after avoiding being sent to the unhappiest place on Earth (jail) ... telling TMZ on his way out of court, "I'm going to Disneyland."
![080110_charlie_exit_video](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/080110-charlie-exit-video-credit.jpg)
As we previously reported -- Sheen's lawyer, Yale Galanter, hooked the actor up with a plea deal in his assault case that will allow Charlie to complete his 30-day sentence by spending a few "seconds" at a rehab facility in Malibu. Click here for the full explanation.
And Charlie knows how good he has it -- because as he walked out of court, he told us, "Yale Galanter is a rock star, what can I tell you?"
Charlie also released this statement: "I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me."

TMZ has learned the rehab center where Lindsay Lohan was originally scheduled to be treated after her jail sentence is not bitter at the last second move to switch LiLo to UCLA -- in fact, officials at Morningside think it's for the best.
![0802_lindsay_morningside_EX](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-lindsay-morningside-ex.jpg)
A rep for the Morningside Recovery facility in Newport Beach, CA explains, "In some cases, a higher level of containment provided by only a hospital institution, such as UCLA, is beneficial before implementing Morningside Recovery's multi-disciplinary clinical programs in our residential and extended care treatment."
The rep continues, "We hope, as we do with all those in treatment, that this decision for Ms. Lohan's welfare provides her a continuum of care that supports sustainable recovery."
As we previously reported, sources tell us Judge Revel made the decision to move Lohan to UCLA yesterday after TMZ broke the story that two court-appointed shrinks did not include Morningside on their list of rehab spots for Lindsay.

TMZ has learned Charlie Sheen's actual "jail" sentence will last only seconds.
![0802_Charlie_Sheen_Promises_getty_ex_02](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20100803134655im_/http:/=2fll-media.tmz.com/2010/08/02/0802-charlie-sheen-promises-getty-ex-02-credit.jpg)
TMZ broke the story ... under the plea deal just approved by the court, Charlie will get a 30-day sentence which will be "administered and executed" at Promises rehab facility in Malibu -- where Charlie stayed either full or part-time for more than a month earlier this year.
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ that Charlie will receive credit for "time served" ... translation, we're told Charlie will check into Promises on August 23 and immediately leave.
And it gets even better for Sheen -- he's already completed his 36 hours of anger management, another element of the plea deal.
The plea bargain is a victory for Yale Galanter, who shockingly represents the alleged victim in the case -- Brooke Mueller. Galanter ended up negotiating the plea with the Pitkin County DA.
