If you're looking for Mel Gibson, we've learned he's on a family fishing trip -- and Oksana Grigorieva and her attorneys are none too happy.
Sources tell us Mel has been out of the country all week fishing with 2 of his sons. We've learned Oksana's laywers tried to schedule Gibson's deposition -- for the ongoing child custody battle -- right smack in the middle of his trip. The depo's been delayed since Mel is unavailable.
According to sources, Oksana's people think the delay is evidence that Mel is not committed to Lucia -- but we're told Oksana's lawyers knew Mel was away when they set the date.
Sources say Mel will be front and center for his deposition in short order.

Mel Gibson's alleged mistress Violet Kowal is now in the big leagues of the mistress game -- retaining coach attorney Gloria Allred ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us Allred is now representing the Polish fitness model who reportedly claimed she had an affair with Gibson while Oksana Grigorieva was pregnant.
Kowal seems to be following the mistress handbook to the letter. She now has the same attorney as Rachel Uchitel ... and, we've learned, she has the same manager as Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.
It's unclear why Kowal needs legal representation at this point.
Then again, it all worked out for Uchitel.

It's been less than two months since Vienna Girardi and Jake Pavelka broke off their engagement -- and she's already moving on with a new mystery man ... on an all expenses paid trip to Hawaii.
Sources close to Vienna tell TMZ, the former "Bachelor" winner and her new boy toy -- they wouldn't reveal his name -- are Hawaii-bound some time later this month ... and they're going for free.
It's all been paid for by some travel company called CheapOair -- that fronted the romantic 5-night Hawaiian getaway worth nearly $10,000.
According to reps for the company, the whole thing is a gift for V since she had to give her pricey engagement ring back to Jake.
Boo hoo. Life is hard.

Montana Fishburne, daughter of Laurence Fishburne, is glad her father's cronies weren't able to stop the release of her porno tape -- telling TMZ, "I want people to see my movie."
TMZ bumped into Montana yesterday in L.A., where she said she was "surprised" that her dad's pals tried to buy up all her XXX DVDs from Vivid Entertainment for a million bucks -- but was "happy" they failed because she says, "I want people to see it. I want people to buy my movie."
On a different note, Montana also said, "I want my whole family to be proud of me in anything I do" ... whether she was "a doctor" or a porn star.

Rachel Uchitel has checked out of "Celebrity Rehab" -- but we're told the experience was so profound, Rachel has decided to check into an aftercare facility.
Sources close to Rachel tell TMZ she checked into a transitional living facility in Malibu on Friday morning -- and this time, there are no cameras involved.
We're told Rachel has stopped drinking, smoking and taking pills -- and that she forked over $20,000 to stay there for 30 days. According to our sources, the biggest selling point about the facility for Rachel -- her dogs get to stay there with her.
Some habits shouldn't be kicked.

He's a bona fide bad ass in the ring -- but out on the streets, UFC brawler Chael Sonnen claims he refuses to get it on ... even when some wannabe tough guy tries to provoke him into violence.
Sonnen -- who's fighting Anderson "The Spider" Silva tonight -- tells us people have been "unsuccessful" in baiting him into street fights in the past ... insisting that he "turns the other cheek" ... a different approach than the one recently taken by ex-UFC star Roger Huerta.
We also asked Chael if his hands were registered as lethal weapons ... to which he replied, "No they’re not ... but they probably should be."

"Bombshell" McGee was denied from Hollywood hot spot Voyeur on Thursday night -- and you won't believe the celebs that actually did get in over her.
Sources on the scene tell TMZ the bouncers "didn't even know who she was" and they "were not feeling" her tatted up look.
As for who did make the cut -- Lamar Odom, David Arquette, Dane Cook, Aaron Paul, Rob Kardashian, Sara Paxton and Jamie Kennedy.

Dr. Conrad Murray could be temporarily off the hook in the federal wrongful death lawsuit involving Michael Jackson -- all because Joe Jackson left some key information out of the paperwork.
TMZ has learned a federal judge is taking Jackson and his attorney Brian Oxman to task for failing to specify where two of the defendants -- health clinics where Dr. Murray practiced -- conduct their business. Without that information the judge can't determine if the federal court has jurisdiction over the case.
The judge has given Jackson one week to amend the complaint or have the suit tossed.
Even if this case is dismissed, Dr. Murray might not be fully in the clear. Jackson has a lot of options -- including refiling the federal suit with Murray as the lone defendant.
