No, they’re not making School of Rock 2….yet.

Jack Black has joined director Richard Linklater’s new dark comedy Bernie.

The story is about a funeral home assistant who befriends an old lady, played by Shirley MacLaine. Jack and Shirley working together? You’ve caught our attention.

Linklater has described the film as “kind of a true crime story.” We had very mixed feelings about The Newton Boys, Richard, but we suppose we’re willing to give you a second chance with a crime movie.

Sources are reporting that Leonardo planning to propose to girlfriend Bar Refaeli. After dating for five years, the Inception star is ready to make an honest woman out of Bar, so he allegedly went shopping for an engagement ring.

A very exciting piece of news is that this Harold & Kumar movie will be filmed in 3D, and not converted in post, like Clash of the should have been 2D Titans

Comedian/actor Thomas Lennon, who will play Harold & Kumar’s uptight white friend in the movie, had even more fun news:

“There’s a tremendous amount of pot in the movie and a lot of nudity.”

Lennon also mentioned that they had shot a scene with nude showering nuns. Sounds like a great time to us!

The most important piece of news remains the fact that NPH will return. For those of you who had the privilege of watching the scene in Harold and Kumar 2, where Neil trips on mushrooms while Rob Corddry praises him for his role in Starship Troopers, you know he’s incredible!

As she enters into a legal battle with Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva has the support of her bodyguards!

They began working for Oksana through The Bodyguard Group, a referral service for veterans, and have come to her defense.

Emma Thompson announced this afternoon that she will be taking a break from acting all of next year to focus on herself. She released a statement explaining her decision:

"I find the job I do emotionally very demanding. I suffer from occasional mild depression, which I think is a very common thing — it's fantastically common in my country and probably in yours, too — and it's a very much hidden thing people don't talk about. I think it should be discussed… Next year, I'm going to take a sabbatical. I'm not going to fundraise or perform or travel, except in pursuit of new vistas with my family. I've been meaning to do this for a long, long time, but it's been like putting the brakes on a large ship because there is so much going on."

Poor thing. This business can eat you alive if you let it!
