Oksana Grigorieva's audio engineer allegedly witnessed Mel Gibson verbally lashing out at her for months -- and, we're told, he's already provided a legal declaration stating so.
The engineer, whose first name is Jimmy, has told multiple sources (both professional and personal) close to Oksana the same story -- that he believes he is the "star witness" because he was with Oksana and Mel everyday over a 10 month period.
According to the sources, Jimmy claims he frequently heard Gibson blast Oksana verbally -- using words like whore, slut, bitch, and c**t -- and that the rants were always fueled by jealousy when other men were around Oksana.
Jimmy does not say he ever saw Gibson physically abuse Oksana ... we're told. Also hugely important -- Jimmy says he was not present for the January 6 meltdown when Gibson allegedly struck Oksana.
We're told Jimmy gave Oksana's lawyers a written declaration that includes his "eyewitness account" of several alleged fights between Oksana and Mel. L.A. County Sheriff's investigators have not spoken to Jimmy yet.
Gibson's publicist could not be reached for comment.

There is actually a job more insane than being Lindsay Lohan's assistant -- tending to the needs of her mom and sister!
Sources close to Eleonore, Lindsay's long-suffering assistant, tell TMZ she is “miserable,” “super-stressed” and "incredibly worn out" these days -- which is strange because Lindsay has been "away" for nearly a month.
But now she has to do Dina and Ali Lohan's bidding. We're told Dina "goes on about nothing for days," constantly rambling about potential business deals. One such "deal" centers around a storage unit Lindsay has with her old clothes and other belongings that don't fit in her apartment. According to our sources, Dina thinks there's money to be made off the stuff with a Lohan garage sale.
Throw 16-year-old Ali in the mix and now Eleonore's got double the errands, pick ups, drop offs, etc ... and suddenly someone's counting down to Lindsay's release.
82 days to go, Eleonore.

TMZ has learned that a war is raging over the remains of legendary Hollywood actor Marlon Brando -- ashes that are allegedly being held hostage by a woman who used to date Marlon's son.
The ashes are currently in the possession of a woman named Donna Lopez Geon -- who was in a relationship with Marlon's son Christian Brando ... until Christian passed away in 2008.
After Christian's death, Donna took possession of several items that belonged to Christian -- including "a portion of the cremated remains of Marlon Brando."
Now, Christian's mom, Anna Kashfi -- who divorced Marlon in 1959 -- desperately wants the ashes back with the family ... and in legal papers claims Donna won't give 'em back ... even though a judge has already named Anna as the executor of Christian's estate.
In the documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Anna claims Donna also took Christian's "St. Christopher's medal" ... and she needs help getting all of the stuff returned.
But TMZ spoke to Donna, who tells us, "Christian wasn't close with his family and wouldn't have wanted his mother or anyone else to have his property when he died."
Donna added, "When I found out they were coming after the property, I took some of the ashes I have and spread them in Franklin Canyon [in Beverly Hills] ... Marlon loved that place."
FYI -- Marlon's remains were distributed to various people when he died -- and some of his ashes have already been spread in Tahiti and Death Valley.

The only thing worse than losing your wallet is losing it, canceling all your credit cards, and then finding it -- as Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be ex Brooke Mueller can tell you.
Sources close to Mueller tell TMZ she lost her wallet about a week ago and took the aforementioned precautions. But lo and behold, a week later the wallet turned up ... at LAPD Hollywood division.
There was one small silver lining -- Mueller learned her wallet was found right before she was about to go to the DMV and get a new license.
And no one should have to go the DMV when they don't have to.

Montana Fishburne finally found out what her mother thinks about her becoming a XXX star -- but she says it's still radio silence from her dad Laurence Fishburne.
In the conversation -- best described as uneasy, but supportive -- Montana tells TMZ her mother said, "She loves me and is concerned and worried about me. She wants me to be ok and wants whatever is best for me."
Mom is Hajna Moss-Fishburne -- a former actress and current fitness trainer.
Montana is still trying to reach Laurence. She says he won't call her back.

Another former "Price is Right" model claims she was axed from the show because she got knocked up -- and she specifically blames Bob Barker for forcing her out.
Shane Stirling claims that right after she announced that she was pregnant in December 2006, she was "forced into an early pregnancy leave, was not allowed to return to work
for almost a year after her child's birth, and was fired abruptly."
In a lawsuit, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, Stirling claims Barker had a significant role in her termination -- claiming, "The host of the game show had always been very kind and generous to Stirling until he learned that she was pregnant."
Stirling claims Barker insisted that she wouldn't work while she was pregnant because it was "dangerous" and a "liability" ... an advised her to "go home and take care of your baby."
Stirling claims she was finally allowed to return to the show in 2008 -- after Barker had left -- but was soon told that the show was "going in another direction" and was subsequently fired.
In her suit, Stirling claims that if she had "been allowed to return to work sooner after having her baby, she could have become acquainted with the new people working on the game show and thereby would have had a better chance to retain her job."
She's now suing for more than $25,000.
As we previously reported, another Barker's Beauty -- Brandi Cochran -- is also suing the show, claiming staffers treated her so bad when she became pregnant ... that she had a miscarriage.
FremantleMedia, the company that produces "Price," had no comment.

Dave Matthews Band? Lady Gaga? Nope ... the hottest tour of 2010 is going to be Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and Violet Kowal -- coming to a strip club your significant other hopes is not near you!
TMZ has learned the infamous other women will unite for some kind of strip club tour. McGee and Kowal -- Mel Gibson's alleged mistress -- had their first dual outing in Hollywood last week. Sources close to the pair tell us the strip tour dates and locations are TBD.
As we first reported, Kowal just hired Gloria Allred and she shares the same manager as Bombshell.
Guess that won't be the only thing they share.

TMZ has learned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died is getting a serious boost in security -- so nobody messes with the super-expensive property while it's on the market.
Sources connected to the home tell us ... now that people know the home is "vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe."
As we previously reported, the owners are requiring potential buyers to go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" before they can even walk in the door ... just to keep out the riffraff.
The home is currently on the market for a cool $28 mil.

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan has a very strict guest list at UCLA rehab -- in fact, the only people allowed to visit her while she's inside the facility are blood relatives ... but that all changes in a few weeks.
Multiple sources close to Lindsay tell us the actresses friends have been told that LiLo is on a program which prohibits LiLo from receiving visits from non-relatives ... until she's completed the first 30 days of her 90 day stint.
We're also told Lindsay has to personally approve each visitor before they're allowed inside.
Lindsay's mom Dina and sister Ali have already dropped by multiple times since the actress began treatment.
