Like Wino to an open bar, nerds migrated South this weekend to the Star Wars convention in Orlando.

They main event of the weekend was the panel interview between Jon Stewart and the man himself, George Lucas. The Star Wars mastermind announced that the complete collection of movies would be released on Blu-Ray next year and in order to convince the mega-fans that it was worth the $$$, he revealed one of the SEVERAL never-before-seen deleted scenes from the franchise.

It's enough to make a nerd wet his Jabba The Hut panties.

We all know what we’d REALLY like to see is a Gone in 60 Seconds sequel, but until then, will we see Angelina in a sequel to her spy thriller Salt?

Writer Kurt Wimmer and Director Phillip Noyce have expressed interest in returning for a sequel. Angelina Jolie has shown interest in the sequel as well. Perhaps it could become one of her next projects after Tim Burton’s upcoming film Maleficent.

Sources say that Sony will see how Salt performs in more international markets before they decide if they’d like to make a sequel or not.

There’s going to be a lot of pressure for the actor playing Orlando Bloom’s character to make him look good.

After the success of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, it appears that Universal is looking into the possibility of creating a Lord of the Rings themed amusement park.

Here’s the post, which is rumored to be from Universal, that’s been making its way around competitor Disney's forums:

The pair took the plunge nearly 13,000 feet into the sky alongside members of the Army’s Golden Knights!

As we previously mentioned, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds purchased a $2.9 million home in Los Feliz.

The 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is 2,835 sq.ft. with panoramic views, a large terrace and walled mini-garden.

Nancy Grace announced that she will be donating the proceeds of her murder mystery novel, Death on the D-List, to Wesley Glen Methodist Ministries, a Georgia group that helps adults with mental disabilities.

She said:

"We all know I've been pretty mean in the courtroom and out, so this may be my only ticket to heaven," she said. "So please, I want you to accept this check. It's for $25,000, it's part of my proceeds, and God willing, there's more coming to Wesley Glen.

They provide a truly loving home to the mentally handicapped. I've been there myself, before I endorsed it. I've looked at the homes, I personally know the director, and I've spent time there helping them raise money and looking at Wesley Glen so I knew about it."

Though he claims to not care about the "cameras," our fave Jersey Shore gal's new BF Jeff Miranda has already started doing interviews about his relationship with the pint-sized guidette.

Jeff tells sources that he has been having a "great time" getting to know Snooki Snickers that no matter what happens on the show, he just wants them to be happy together.

Course, it also wouldn't hurt if he got into acting. Oh, did we forget to mention that this guy is an aspiring actor?! He told sources that he is very interested in "doing movies" and that he is "good at acting."

Good enough to make us believe that you actually care for Snooki and not the limelight??? NO!!!
