We're live outside of court in Beverly Hills, where we're waiting for Shawn Chapman Holley and Danette Meyers to give us the lowdown on Lindsay Lohan's fate -- or at least her early release from UCLA.
UPDATE: The lawyers and the judge have just left chambers and are in the courtroom. The judge is closing the courtroom to reporters and others not involved in the case -- again, because Lindsay's medical issues are being discussed. The judge should allow us back in to get the final result.
Before we left the courtroom, the lawyers mentioned the date August 25.
UPDATE: Holley, Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers and Judge Elden Fox are in chambers. Judge Elden Fox will not allow cameras in the courtroom -- probably because Lindsay's medical condition and medical records are being discussed.
Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is at the Beverly Hills courthouse right now ... and we're hearing the doctors may have weighed in on releasing LiLo early.
Holley is in Judge Elden Fox's courtroom and the judge is about to take the bench.
As we first reported Lindsay's doctors at UCLA have decided she's not as bad off as first thought and she will almost certainly be released early.

TMZ has learned ... the U.S. Secret Service just closed in on a woman accused of operating a serious credit card scheme ... and many of the alleged victims are major Hollywood mega-stars. 
According to an affidavit filed in United States District Court, a witness claims Jennifer Aniston, Cher, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, Anne Hathaway and Scott Speedman were all violated -- or at least their credit cards were -- by a woman who ran a swanky salon in Beverly Hills called the Chez Gabriela Studio.
According to court documents, Maria Gabriella Perez is accused of ripping off the credit card information from her ultra-wealthy clients ... and "fraudulently [charging] approximately $280,000 worth of charges in a one year period."
According to the docs -- Perez swindled $214,000 from Liv Tyler alone.
Perez was arrested on federal fraud charges -- and is due to appear in court in L.A. later today. 
UPDATE: Perez had listed some flattering quotes from her famous clients on her website -- including one from Cher that reads, "Gabriela is my favorite ass kicking facialist."
Perez also posted several personally autographed photos of her celeb clients ... including one from Jennifer Aniston that reads, "Dearest Gabby, Thank you for always being so good to me!"
UPDATE #2: According to the documents, Melanie Griffith has already stated that she is willing to "cooperate with an investigation and testify if needed."
UPDATE #3: Cher's rep tells us the icon was not a victim in the alleged scheme -- and does not know why she was named in the affidavit.

Nothing says "I don't love you anymore" like getting a divorce on Valentine's Day ... just ask Heidi Montag.
TMZ has learned ... the divorce of Heidi and Spencer will become final on February 14, 2011.
Heidi's lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, tells TMZ she just received Spencer Pratt's signed acknowledgment that he's been served with divorce papers. Under California law, Heidi has to wait 6 months after Spence gets served before the divorce is final, and Spencer was served on August 13.
Fun fact: Heidi says she formally separated from Spencer on their first wedding anniversary.

Snooki from "Jersey Shore" (like there's another one) just pled not guilty to three charges following her arrest on July 30 in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
Snooki -- who was not present today in Seaside Heights Municipal Court -- faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, creating a nuisance and annoying people at the beach (for real).
As we previously reported, Snooks plans on fighting the charges tooth and overly-manicured nail.
Snooki's next court date is set for September 8 ... she faces a couple of hundred dollars in fines if convicted.

TMZ has obtained photographs of the Jeep crash on Monday that killed famed celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan.
The photographer tells TMZ he drove past the accident almost immediately after the crash. "There was still dust in the air," he said. The photog tells us he pulled over, scaled down the cliff with other people and approached the Jeep.
The photog says Dr. Ryan was bleeding badly from two head lacerations but was still moving while trapped inside the vehicle. By the time lifeguards pulled Dr. Ryan out of the Jeep, however, there were no signs of life. "He was non-responsive and not breathing," the photog says.
The photographer helped bring the spine board down the hill and then helped lift Dr. Ryan onto it, to no avail.
And the photog says, it appeared the lacerations were the result of the Jeep having no real cover on the top ... causing Dr. Ryan to strike the rocks on the way down.

Sharon Murphy is lashing out at the L.A. County Coroner's report on Simon Monjack's death -- especially the part that references her sharing a bed with Simon.
TMZ broke the story ... according to the final report an investigator walked through Simon's bedroom with a woman who identified one side of Simon's bed as "her side of the bed." The woman's name was withheld from the report, but law enforcement sources have identified her as Brittany Murphy's mom Sharon.
In a statement, Sharon says, "I am very disturbed that the L.A. Coroners [sic]
office continues to release things to the media that are misleading."
She continues, "The TMZ story with it's [sic] salacious headline suggesting that my prescious [sic] son-in-law Simon and I slept in bed together, infering [sic] sexual contact is journalism at its lowest." Sharon also denies there were medications in the house prescribed to a "Sharon Monjack," as the Coroner's report states.
For the record, our story made it clear the Coroner's report did not suggest sexual contact between Sharon and Simon.
A Coroner's Office spokesperson tells us, "Our report speaks for itself."

Howard Stern ripped Dr. Laura Schlessinger a new one this morning on his radio show -- calling her an "a**hole" for the way she handled her racist controversy on "Larry King Live" last night.
It all went down on the "Howard Stern Show" on Sirius/XM -- where Howard picked Dr. Laura apart for saying she's quitting after her n-word rant ... and also schooled the doc on exactly how her "First Amendment rights" actually work.

TMZ has obtained video ... showing Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry hip-checking Steven Tyler off the stage and into a crowd at a concert in Toronto last night ... and it didn't look like no accident.
It all went down during a performance of "Love in an Elevator" -- first, Steven playfully bumped Perry ... and then Perry retaliated bumping Tyler right back ... sending him face first into the crowd.
Tyler eventually got up -- with some help from Joe -- and then announced, "It ain't gonna happen again, baby."
As you may have heard -- the band has had some issues lately ... in fact Tyler told us the band "damn near" split earlier this year.
