Spencer Pratt's guido protégé Emilio isn't quite on his level yet ... because he didn't shoot a sex tape with Snooki like Spencer did with Heidi -- but he wishes he had!
Emilio shot a dating show pilot for Spencer's production company called "Fist Pumping 4 Love." He tells us he thinks the Speidi sex tape is "an amazing idea" and he envies Spencer for it.
But rest easy -- there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, "Wish I did that with Snooki. But I'm still learning and wasn't as smart as him."
It's probably a good thing -- the world isn't ready for a Snooki sex tape.

TMZ has learned ... Oksana Grigorieva has hired a former Assistant United States Attorney and ABC News correspondent to represent her on all fronts in her legal war with Mel Gibson.
Mary Fulginiti -- a former federal prosecutor who also worked as a defense lawyer and covered a number of stories involving domestic abuse for ABC's "20/20" -- is representing Oksana in connection with the domestic violence investigation targeting Mel and the extortion investigation targeting Oksana.
Sources tell us Fulginiti is partnering with attorney James Spertus ... whom we previously reported was hired by Oksana. Turns out ... Oksana first made contact with Fulginiti and she was the one who actually referred Oksana to Spertus.
Both Spertus and Fulginiti worked together in the U.S. Attorney's office in L.A.
Sources also tell TMZ Fulginiti and Spertus will be brought in to help Oksana in the family law case.
In addition to practicing law and working for ABC, Fulginiti was a frequent guest on talk shows, including "Larry King Live."
Oh, and she's a total babe.

Spencer Pratt has unearthed a girl-on-girl tape featuring Heidi Montag and Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon .... sources tell TMZ.
We're told not too long ago Spencer was at the Malibu house he once shared with Heidi ... moving out some of his stuff. Sources tell us Spencer came upon a camera with XXX video of Heidi and Karissa -- and the light bulb went off.
Sources say it was then that Spencer decided he could make a fortune selling his "library" to Vivid Entertainment -- much of it featuring naked, fornicating Speidi.
We could not reach Heidi and her reps were mum.
As for Karissa Shannon -- she tells us such a tape does indeed exist, but she's not convinced Spencer really has it. Karissa says if the tape ever sees the light of day, she'll sue the pants off him.
Then again, he might enjoy that.

TMZ has learned Faith Evans is in LAPD custody for an alleged DUI tonight.
According to law enforcement sources, the singer was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near the Marina Del Rey section of L.A. when officers detected alcohol. We're told Evans was then arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI.
It's unknown, at this point, what Evans' blood alcohol level was when police busted her.

If the Heidi Montag sex tape is to become the "Titanic" of sex tapes, it'll be because Heidi made it so ... this according to the head of Vivid Entertainment.
We caught up with Steven Hirsch outside Boa last night -- where he was definitely excited to be negotiating for the Heidi sex tape.
Hirsch says if the sex tape is going to be the biggest selling sex tape ever -- and raise Heidi's profile to Kim Kardashian levels -- it'll depend on what Heidi does after the tape is released.
If Spencer has his way, the only thing Heidi will be doing ... is another reality show.

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ fans plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.
A rep for Justice4MJ -- the fan group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson fans plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.
We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly split for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.
But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

TMZ has learned Marlon Wayans blew a circuit last week when he discovered he may be the victim of a heinous computer hacker ... and now he's enlisted the boys in blue to investigate.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Marlon filed a police report last Friday in Los Angeles, because he believed someone broke into one his social network accounts and jacked a bunch of his personal information.
So far, we're told Marlon's info seems to be safe ... but police are launching an investigation to see if they can locate the alleged Internet bandit that may have poked around his digital privates.
Calls to Marlon's people have not been returned.

Shane West just got sued for a 2-car smashup he's accused of causing in Hollywood -- two years ago today -- and now the alleged victim is getting a lawsuit in ... just under the wire.
According to the civil lawsuit, the "A Walk to Remember" star ran into the alleged victim, Richard Glenn Grim on Santa Monica Boulevard. Grim's attorney, Frank Ariel, claims his client was stopped at a red light when Shane "rear-ended" him, causing about 5 grand in damage to Grim's car.
But here's the key -- Ariel also says Grim's knee was injured in the bang-up, and that he had to have "two surgeries." The statute of limitations for personal injury lawsuits in California is two years. Grim's suit was filed on the 18th ... two days to spare.
Ariel says, "We would like to reach a fair settlement with Mr. West's auto insurance company."
Shane's rep hasn't gotten back to us.

Before there was a Speidi, before there was "The Hills," young Spencer Pratt had just one dream ... to be a porn star.
Turns out this sex tape madness has been a career ambition of Spencer's for some time. He tells us he has wanted to be a porn star since the reality show "Princes of Malibu" ended ... way back in 2005.
Spencer tells TMZ he feels Heidi wants to divorce him because she thinks he's bad for her image. But, as we first reported, Spencer has eyes on doing another reality show with Heidi, saying, "We're reality stars, not serious actors. She can’t think she’s Naomi Watts. She’s a tad delusional."
Pot, kettle.
