Rachel Uchitel has just told a very close friend ... now that Tiger Woods is single, she wants him back and would "give up everything" to get him.
The friend -- someone we know spoke to Rachel yesterday -- tells TMZ Rachel said ... "I feel horrible for him. He loved her. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me."
Rachel added, "I'd give up everything to be with him again."
Does that include the $10 million?

Heidi Montag is privately acknowledging the existence of her sex tape ... TMZ has learned -- and sources close to the former "Hills" star tell us she's finally willing to talk business.
We're told Heidi has agreed to listen to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch when he arrives in Costa Rica to make an offer on the footage ... some of which is said to contain girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.
We're told Heidi wants Hirsch to provide her with the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian's sex tape -- which was also released through Vivid -- because Heidi may be interested in working out a "back-end deal" if Steve can't offer enough cash up front to satisfy Montag.
Hirsch told us he's leaving for Costa Rica sometime next week.

"American Chopper" star Paul Teutul Jr. claims he still loves his father -- fellow "Chopper" star Paul Teutul Sr. -- despite the fact that Big Paul blew off his son's wedding last weekend.
Junior tells TMZ, "It's always sad when a father doesn't come to his own son's wedding, but I still love him, and the truth of the matter is it was an absolutely perfect day and I wouldn't have changed anything."
As we previously reported, the two Pauls haven't been on good terms in a while ... after they clashed over their motorcycle business.
We reached out to Paul Sr. -- but the big mustache refused to comment.

Hayden Panettiere turned 21 last weekend ... and she shared the whole experience with her fellow "Scream 4" castmates -- plus a bunch of fire breathers, burlesque dancers and oompa loompas.
It all went down near the "Scream 4" set in Ann Arbor, MI -- according to our sources, David Arquette helped organize the blowout party at some huge 4-story venue ... then filled it with crazy performers from Beacher's Madhouse.
As we previously reported, Arquette -- who also stars in the next "Scream" installment -- recently inked a lucrative deal with BM creator Jeff Beacher ... all in the hopes of bringing the Vegas mega-show to Hollywood.
As for that random dolphin -- it's actually a CAKE -- specifically designed because Hayden loves the little guys.
As for Hayden's BF Wladimir Klitschko -- he missed the party, but for a good reason. Dude is locked down at his training camp for his upcoming fight against Samuel Peter in Germany.

Shaquille O'Neal got more than he bargained for when he sat down for breakfast at a Waffle House in Tennessee last week -- because the dude was the target of a practical joke that was executed to perfection.
Sources at the Waffle House -- yeah, we got those too -- tell us Shaq arrived with Hoopz from the VH1 reality show "Flavor of Love" ... and they both saddled up at the counter.
We're told they each ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and a waffle -- and Shaq had an orange juice ... an OJ that would play a key role in the prank when Shaq got up to use the bathroom.
We're told Hoopz pulled the 'ol "Dump the salt in the OJ" routine -- and when Shaq returned from the can, he took a big, fat sip of the tainted concoction. We're told everybody laughed at the gag ... including the big man.
But the best part of the meal -- when it came time to pay the $20 bill ... Shaq left a $30 tip.

George Michael rolled into a London courtroom this morning and plead guilty to being high on weed when he got behind the wheel of his Range Rover and crashed into a photo shop on July 4.
The judge immediately suspended Michael's license for 6 months and warned that he could still face prison time over the matter ... because he already has a prior conviction for driving while stoned.
After his appearance, Michael was escorted to his waiting ride by British police in funny hats.
Michael is due back in court for sentencing on September 14.

Despite her newly found marital freedom, Elin Nordegren will never live down the "pubic humiliation" ... this according to Tiger Woods mistress number 9ish Jaimee Grubbs.
TMZ spoke to Jaimee, who says Tiger is an "a**hole" and "deserves to be hated" for "treating all these woman, including myself, like rag dolls" -- but says deep down inside she still "feels sorry for the guy."
Jaimee also said she believes Elin's decision to dump Tiger is "totally legit" -- and says "regardless of how much money she settles on, it isn't going to erase her public humiliation from his choices."
And Jaimee knows a thing or two about public humiliation ... she was recently arrested for driving on a suspended license ... and photographed without a front tooth.

Jack Osbourne's ex-girlfriend -- who allegedly keyed the word "D**K" into Jack's Aston Martin in June -- is now paying the price for the crime ... literally.
TMZ has learned 24-year-old model Niki Cloyd pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of vandalism -- and was ordered to pay for the roughly $10k in damages that were caused to Jack's $250,000 ride.
We're told Niki was also placed on 18 months probation and will have to complete 12 anger management classes ... and if she stays out of trouble while on probation, she'll have her record wiped clean.

If you have ever thought to yourself, "Man, I want to drink whatever vodka The Situation drinks. And I wish it had protein in it too. But nah, that will never happen" -- boy, do we have a surprise for you!
Sources tell TMZ the "Jersey Shore" money machine scored a $400,000 signing bonus to be the spokesman for a vodka company called Devotion.
But this ain't no ordinary booze -- Devotion contains a clear protein called Casein ... which can support an increase in lean body mass and a decrease in body fat if the user is also on some sort of weight training program.
We're told The Sitch's brother, Marc Sorrentino, brokered the deal through the company they run together, MPS Entertainment.
As we previously reported, Sitch is expected to rake in $5 million this year -- we're guessin' he'll drink to that.

The judge in the Lindsay Lohan case will issue an order tomorrow, and it could be Lindsay's ticket to freedom ... TMZ has learned.
Judge Elden Fox will issue an order tomorrow in Lindsay's case ... somewhere between 1:30 and 3:30 PM PT. This follows a surprise appearance today in court by Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley ... but no one is talking about specifically what went down in the judge's chambers.
As TMZ first reported, the doctors at UCLA have recommended that Lindsay get out long before the 90 days imposed by the prior judge -- Marsha Revel.
Sources have told us they expect Lindsay's release will probably come this week, to be followed by outpatient care. All signs point to Judge Fox executing this plan.

Randy Quaid claims his most trusted financial advisors -- along with his bank -- conspired in a diabolical plot to steal his multi-million dollar fortune ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Acting as his own attorney, Quaid filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court today, claiming he's lost more than $10 million in "loans I did not need or want" after his advisors forged his signature on key financial documents.
Long story short -- Quaid claims the advisors made fraudulent real estate loans with the help of City National Bank ... which has led to huge financial losses and big trouble with the I.R.S.
Quaid also claims his financial people stole several paychecks from his work on high profile Hollywood projects -- specifically an estimated $600,000 in royalty checks for his role in "Brokeback Mountain."
In the suit, Quaid does not specify how much he wants from the advisors and the bank -- but he implies that the number is astronomical.

Taylor Lautner claims he's suffering from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" ... because his RV trailer wasn't delivered on time.
In a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Lautner claims he made a deal with McMahon's RV to purchase a personal trailer for around $300,000 ... a trailer he could use while shooting his new movie, "Abduction."
According to the suit, the deal was that the trailer would be tricked out and delivered by no later than June 21 ... but it wasn't.
Lautner claims breach of contract and fraud and wants unspecified damages.
