Lindsay Lohan has been released from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital ... TMZ has confirmed.
Lindsay was released after 23 days at the Hospital. Lindsay will receive outpatient care for the foreseeable future.
We're told the doctors at UCLA were very clear with Judge Elden Fox ... they felt Lindsay should be released from the facility immediately, and the judge saw it their way.
Judge Marsha Revel had previously ordered Lindsay to spend 90 days at UCLA.
A court hearing is scheduled tomorrow, although we've learned Lindsay will not be there.

TMZ has learned ... "Sons of Anarchy" star Mark Hiedrich -- aka Mark Boone Junior -- was arrested in Glendale, CA earlier today for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Law enforcement sources tell us Hiedrich was originally pulled over for a traffic violation ... and during the stop ... he went after the cop.
We're told additional officers were called to the scene ... and Hiedrich was taken into custody for assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.

Michael Bay has been sued by two men who claim Bay's private security guard pistol-whipped them unconscious at a Hollywood nightclub.
In a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ ... Joshua Stewart and Paul Klimczak claim on August 24, 2008, they were at Kiss Nightclub when they got into a scuffle with a man they claim is Bay's private security guard.
According to the suit, the man was intoxicated ... yet the club -- also a defendant -- continued to serve him alcohol.
The suit claims club security kicked the plaintiffs out along with the security guard, placing them in close proximity with each other. The dispute continued outside the club when the plaintiffs claim they tried to just walk away. It was then, they say, when Bay's security guard struck them in the head with a handgun, rendering both of them unconscious.
The plaintiffs were taken by ambulance to a hospital, where they were treated for broken teeth, broken bones, facial contusions and other injuries. They say Bay's security guard left the scene.
The suit, which seeks unspecified damages, does not reveal what started the fight.
Bay, who has directed "Transformers," "Armageddon," and "Pearl Harbor," is being sued because the guard allegedly was under his control.

Former UFC badass War Machine was just sentenced to a year in jail for felony assault -- and he's also been banned from bars and nightclubs.
Mr. Machine (that's his legal name) had pled guilty to two charges of assault by means of a deadly weapon after a bar brawl in San Diego earlier this year.
Today the judge sent him to county jail for one year, and gave him 3 years probation.
The judge also banned War from drinking alcohol during his probation -- or going into any establishments where "alcohol is the main focus."

It was déjà vu for the man arrested at Paris Hilton's home this morning -- TMZ has learned the suspect was arrested just last month ... for allegedly trying to pull off a burglary in San Bernardino.
TMZ obtained the mug shot for Nathan Parada -- taken on July 26, 2010 -- when he was charged with three felonies ... burglary, grand theft and vandalism.
As we previously reported, Parada was arrested around 6:30 this morning for allegedly trying to break into Hilton's L.A. area home -- and according to Paris, dude was packing "2 big knifes."
Parada was charged with felony burglary for this morning's incident.
He's due back in court in September for the July incident.

Laurence Fishburne is secretly funding his daughter Montana's legal defense ... sources tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story ... Montana Fishburne claimed daddy Laurence wanted nothing to do with her after she decided to enter the world of porn.
But now we're told ... It was Laurence who hired Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to represent her in an ongoing assault with a deadly weapon case ... in an attempt to help her out and get her life back on track. We contacted Holley -- she refused to comment.
Our sources say Laurence continues to foot the bill for Montana's defense.
So, Montana, who loves ya?

The man who was arrested at Paris Hilton's home this morning has now been booked by the LAPD on one count of felony burglary.
Cops tell TMZ 31-year-old Nathan Lee Parada is still in custody and is being held on $50,000 bail.
According to his booking sheet, Parada is 5'10" and weighs 178 pounds.
As we previously reported, Hilton called 911 claiming a man with two knives was trying to get into her home.

The death of LPGA star Erica Blasberg has officially been ruled as a suicide ... this according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
According to the coroner, 25-year-old Blasberg was found dead with a plastic bag over her head at her Henderson, Nevada home back on May 9.
Officials ruled that Blasberg's death was caused by asphyxiation -- but the coroner notes that she also had toxic levels of prescription medication in her system ... including headache, cough, pain and anti-anxiety meds.
The Henderson Police Department concluded there was no foul play involved in her death.
