Another disgusting story about a bug bite -- this time the victim is former WWE star Chyna ... who claims a poisonous spider chomped on her leg, causing so much swelling ... that her doc sent her to the hospital.
Problem is -- Chyna didn't go to the ER because she claims, "It would have cost too much." So, according to her, she played doctor instead ... and operated on herself with a Swiss Army knife.
Chyna says she used the knife to essentially dig out the swollen golf ball sized lump that had formed in her leg ... leaving a pretty nasty, bloody crater. She then doused the wound in hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ... but Chyna tells us she's in so much pain, she "can barely walk."
No word on what kind of spider is responsible for the carnage -- all Chyna knows is that the culprit attacked her while she was changing a toilet in her L.A. home sometime last month.

Akon backed out of a Belgium concert and left the promoter high and dry to the tune of a quarter of a million dollars ... this according to a lawsuit filed against the hip-hop superstar.
In the documents, the promoter -- Lofraco Belgium -- claims Akon and his booking agents agreed to do a show in Belgium in October of 2009 that would also feature Kardinal Offishalll and Colby O'Donis ... both performers on Akon's label Konvict Muzik.
According to the lawsuit -- filed in the Supreme Court of the State of NY -- Lofraco Belgium paid Akon's booking agents $125,000 for the gig, but just 8 days before the show the promoter was told Akon had to pull out because of "scheduling conflicts."
The suit claims breach of contract, fraud and concealment -- and the plaintiff wants $250,000 in expenses back and punitive damages in the multi-millions.

Lohan's license had been suspended -- and the actress rolled in today so she could apply to get it back.
Sources inside the DMV -- (yeah , we got those) -- tell us LiLo was "in and out within ten minutes."
Even when the DMV is nice .. it takes longer than 10 mins to get your license ... so we're guessing she was sent home to get more documentation.

Wesley Snipes isn't going to prison for tax evasion without a fight -- because TMZ has learned the actor believes he wasn't given a fair trial ... and now he's filed documents requesting a brand new one.
According to documents filed today in Florida federal court, Snipes -- who was sentenced forever ago to serve 3 years in prison -- claims there was "jury misconduct" during his trial ... and he's got the emails to prove it.
In the docs, Snipes claims his defense team received emails after the trial was over from two jurors, who claimed three of the other jurors "told us [Snipes] was guilty before they even heard the first piece of evidence."
Snipes claims that alone warrants a new trial ... but there's more.
In the docs, Snipes says the government failed to disclose that the key witness against him -- his former accountant Kenneth Starr (not that one) -- was actually under investigation for engaging in "criminal activities of conspiring to evade income taxes" with another client.
Snipes' attorney argues that if the jury knew Starr was being investigated ... they wouldn't have believed his damning testimony against Snipes.
Put it all together ... and Snipes wants to be tried again.
