Check your calendars -- August 27 is National Sue Hunter Tylo Day ... and her manager, security firm and lawyers are all getting in on the act.
The story is the same for all three -- so they filed a joint lawsuit today in Los Angeles Superior Court. Each of them -- Marv Dauer (manager), The Centurion Group (security firm) and The Law Offices of Lon B. Isaacson (guess) claim they worked for Tylo and are still owed cash.
The biggest claim belongs to Dauer, who claims Tylo owes him $250,000.
A rep for Tylo could not be reached for comment.

If Mark Ballas makes one false move on the dance floor, his dad will be only a Texas two-step away from meting out discipline -- because we've learned Mark's father is returning to "Dancing with the Stars."
Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... 49-year-old Corky Ballas -- a retired professional ballroom dancer -- will partner up with 76-year-old Florence Henderson beginning September 20.
It won't be the first time Mark will compete against his pop -- Corky partnered up with Cloris Leachman on the show back in 2008.

Now that Lindsay Lohan has returned ... so have some of the opportunistic leeches masquerading as her friends ... and according to sources close to the actress, the "bad people" are once again up to their old tricks.
We're told the same people who helped steer Lindsay's life into a downward spiral smell new opportunities to take advantage ... and are desperately trying to "snake their way back into her life."
According to sources, "They have been calling Lindsay non-stop ... and she's been talking to them." One source adds, "It's scary ... they could take her off the right path."
As we previously reported, the price of Lindsay's treatment at the UCLA facility ran around $130,000 -- we'll see if the investment pays off.

With no weapon but a pup in her hands, Paris Hilton and her gun-wielding, intruder-stopping buff boyfriend Cy Waits boarded a private jet out of L.A. on Friday.
The dynamic duo are most likely headed to Vegas, where Cy runs several nightclubs.

Former WWE superstar Gertrude "Luna" Vachon died this morning in Florida. She was 48.
Luna wrestled for the WWE from 1993 to 2000 ... and had gained notoriety as Bam Bam Bigelow's "main squeeze."
So far, no cause of death has been determined.
UPDATE: According to law enforcement sources, Luna's body was discovered by her mother around 10 AM this morning.
We're told authorities currently do not believe there was any foul play involved -- but an autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.

Leonardo DiCaprio was granted a restraining order against a woman who claims she's married to the actor ... and even carrying his child -- whom she says is Jesus.
According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, DiCaprio claims Livia Bistriceanu has repeatedly attempted to contact him through emails ... and has even tried to visit with him in person.
DiCaprio, in the docs, claims Bistriceanu "maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child, Jesus."
DiCaprio says in his declaration, "I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy."
In the legal docs, Leo's lawyer submitted a creepy, handwritten letter from Bistriceanu, in which she says, "You wrote to me 2 years ago that you love me and you don't love another women (sic). You said I talk to you soon and it past 2 years already and still you don't want to talk to me. Why?"
In another letter, Bistriceanu writes, "Do you want to be with me for real and to be the father of Jesus? I've explained you I can't be with nobody virtually. I have to have a father in reality for Jesus not like this."
And in yet another letter, Bistriceanu writes, "Why do you f*k me virtually and you don't leave me alone?"
DiCaprio also notes that Bistriceanu knows where he lives and has shown "a willingness to make physical contact with me regardless of the consequences."
Bistriceanu has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the actor.

TMZ has learned ... the man who allegedly attempted to break into Paris Hilton's L.A. home this week was thwarted by Hilton's boyfriend ... who pulled a gun on the suspect before the dude could get inside.
Law enforcement sources confirm ... Hilton's BF -- Vegas nightclub kingpin Cy Waits -- told police that he and Paris heard loud banging noises coming from downstairs around 6:30 AM Tuesday ... so he grabbed his gun and went to check out the situation.
We're told Cy claims he spotted Nathan Parada peering through a window and carrying two knives -- a large kitchen knife and a buck hunting knife.
Cy immediately went outside -- with his weapon drawn -- and ordered Parada to drop the knives and lay on his stomach. We're told Cy kept his gun pointed at Parada until cops arrived.
Law enforcement sources also tell us Parada told cops that he had purchased a Star Map on Hollywood Blvd. hours before the incident ... because he wanted to find out where Paris lived.
We're told Parada -- who was booked for felony burglary -- is currently in custody on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
Sources close to Paris tell us ... ever since the incident, Hilton's security team has installed several new cameras around the home ... as well as infrared technology designed to spot intruders. Paris has also hired two new bodyguards to protect her around the clock.
According to our sources, Paris has told friends, "Thank God Cy was
there, he saved my life."

Two of Michael Jackson's kids have taken a big step -- leaving homeschool for one of the most exclusive private schools in the country.
TMZ has learned 13-year-old Prince and 12-year-old Paris started at The Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley on Wednesday.
Family sources tell TMZ ... Prince wanted to go to Buckley to have "a social experience." Initially, Paris was reluctant but changed her mind in a big way.
As for 8-year-old Blanket -- he's still going to be homeschooled. Katherine Jackson feels he's too young to venture out.
Among the alums -- Matthew Perry, Alyssa Milano, Nicole Richie, Nicollette Sheridan and Laura Dern.
By the way, some other grads even went on to do sex tapes and became famous -- Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.
