Tila Tequila's love of publicity ... and possibly sex tapes ... just bit her in the butt in court.
Tila's lawyer, Alan Gutman, just asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge for an injunction, prohibiting the release of one of her sex tapes. Gutman argued the tape -- shot more than 7 years ago during a trip with her boyfriend -- was an invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image.
But the judge scoffed, saying privacy, schmivacy: "Tila exploits her sexuality."
In the end, the judge said Tila's lawyer hadn't made enough of a case to warrant a restraining order.
UPDATE: Tila tells TMZ, "This doesn't mean that the battle is over. I can still take this to federal court."

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade watched helplessly as several gunmen opened fire at Miami Heat training camp recently -- but thankfully, it was all part of an awesome (and safe) gun demonstration.
The Heat squeezed in some practice time at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida last week -- and for some reason, the team spent a portion of their free time watching military personnel flaunt their firepower.

A close relative of Toni Braxton tells TMZ ... the singer's financial undoing can be traced back to her show in Las Vegas.
The relative tells us Toni took out "show insurance" through Lloyd's of London for her act at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino back in 2006.
And when Toni's heart condition started to act up -- in the middle of the show's run -- she had to pull the plug, but she was still on the hook to the hotel for big bucks. Toni expected Lloyd's to cover the loss but Lloyd's didn't, arguing Toni had an undisclosed, preexisting medical condition, rendering the policy void.
In the end, Toni had to absorb a huge loss, which the relative claims sent her on a downward financial spiral.
Still, it doesn't explain the bill for the Four Seasons and Tiffany & Co., for starters ...

Juliette Lewis was hospitalized last night after she was "broadsided" by a hit-and-run driver in Burbank, CA ... this according to the actress' rep.
The actress was being driven home from an event for her movie "Conviction" -- when another car T-boned the vehicle transporting Lewis at an intersection at 10:19 PM.
We're told Lewis' ride -- a Lincoln Town Car -- was "completely totaled."
Lewis' rep adds, "[Juliette] went to the hospital to be checked out and is a bit banged up and sore but otherwise thankfully okay. She is now resting at home."
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the driver of the other car -- a Honda -- fled the scene. Cops discovered the Honda a few blocks from the spot of the crash ... but the suspect is still at large.
We're told an investigation into the incident is underway.

Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy again -- claiming she owes somewhere between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts all over the country ... including DMVs in TWO different states. 
Braxton -- who sold more than 40 million albums in her career -- just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California ... and in the docs, the singer claims she's only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 mil ... but she could have up to $50 mil in debts.
In the docs, 43-year-old Braxton lists a ton of creditors to whom she thinks she may owe money... including:

A couple of days after filing for bankruptcy again, Grammy-winning singer Toni Braxton showed up to the Dolphins game in Miami on Monday ... wearing some blinged out jewelry, a snakeskin bag and a pair of Louboutin heels which retail for over $800.
