Justin Bieber -- I Want to Step Up Against Hate

Justin Bieber will take a stand against bullying and homophobia after he was on the receiving end of some hateful words this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

1017_justin_bieber_EX_TMZ_02
As TMZ first reported, Bieber was confronted by a 12-year-old boy at a laser arcade -- and things got heated after the boy called Bieber "a faggot." We're told the boy repeated the comment and then put his hand out toward Bieber and Bieber pushed it away as he left. We're told Bieber's rep has told police this story and it is backed up by witnesses.

Bieber is telling friends he had no idea how hurtful these comments could be -- but even though he's a straight teenager, he now wants to take a stand against bullying and homophobia.

We're told Bieber will be going public -- probably within the next week -- to lend his support to the anti-bullying campaign.

And this is interesting ... our sources say Bieber's own people wanted to keep the specifics of the confrontation under wraps, but Justin felt it was important for people to know what happened.

As TMZ has already reported ... although police are investigating the incident, they've already concluded Bieber was not the instigator.

Michael Lohan's Conservatorship Try Has Britney Ties

TMZ has obtained letters sent to Michael Lohan from his lawyers concerning Michael's attempt to put Lindsay Lohan under the control of a conservatorship -- and wouldn't you know it ... Britney Spears' name came up.

1017_milo_lilo_brit_EX
The letters make several mentions of trying to curb Michael's antics with the media -- including his uninvited trip to the Betty Ford Center. Lohan's headline-grabbing ways are deemed by his lawyer as being "against my express advice."

But when it comes to actually trying to get Lindsay under a conservatorship, that's when the Queen Conservatee comes up. The lawyer mentions a Dr. Stephen Marmer as having been used as an expert on Britney's case. But the lawyer concludes, "Frankly, I do not think he would agree to be retained as an Expert in this case."

It doesn't end there -- Dr. Robert Bilder, another doctor who worked on the Spears conservatorship was brought up: "He worked on the Spears Conservatorship and would be an excellent expert witness in this case."

Calls were made to both Dr. Marmer and Dr. Bilder -- we never heard back.

Pauly D Says No to The Donald

Pauly D had the opportunity to get hired -- or, more likely, fired -- by Donald Trump on the upcoming season of "The Celebrity Apprentice" ... but he turned it down, TMZ has learned.

1017_paulyd_apprentice_EX_TMZ_01
Sources close to the "Jersey Shore" star tell TMZ ... producers approached him about being on fourth edition of "Celebrity Apprentice" -- but Pauly D decided he'd rather focus on his spin-off show with MTV ... which, sources say, has already begun filming.

We're told producers were looking for someone with a kind of "hip-hop background" -- which they ended up getting when they signed up Lil Jon instead.

'Real Housewives of NJ' Bus Tour -- Total Sellouts

Busloads of "Real Housewives" fans are abandoning the safety of their living rooms for a quick thrill ride in NJ -- TMZ has learned, there's a brand new tour of all the show's hot spots ... and it's selling out like crazy.

1015_real_houswives_jersey_tour_EX
The 7-hour trip costs $95 ... and we're told, it includes a drive-by tour of all the housewives' houses, plus a bunch of other show-related stops -- like lunch at The Brownstone catering hall (owned by Caroline and Dina's hubbies), and a shopping trip to Kim DePaola's boutique.

And nip/tuck this -- according to the event company behind the tour, it even includes a glimpse into the housewives' plastic surgeon's office.

A one-time tour was originally scheduled for next Friday -- but in order to accommodate an unexpected surge in demand, it was rescheduled for an upcoming weekend ... and 2-4 additional dates are in the works.

Justin Bieber -- Homophobic Bullying Victim

Justin Bieber was on the receiving end of the kind of hate-filled bullying that has made headlines recently --- during a laser tag match Friday night, he defended himself from an aggressive kid who referred to Bieber as a "faggot" ... sources close to the investigation tell TMZ.

1017_justin_bieber_EX_TMZ_04
We're told that during the game of laser tag, one kid went out of his way to target Justin repeatedly (a violation of the code of honor of laser tag, if there is such a thing).

Sources say that Bieber became frustrated when the kid cornered him and wouldn't stop shooting and when Bieber told him, "That's enough" ... the kid responded, "What are you gonna do about it, faggot?"

We're told a shocked Bieber replied, "Excuse me?" Sources say the other kid responded, "You're a faggot" and then put his hand out toward Bieber and Bieber pushed it away as he left.

Contrary to several news reports, we're told Bieber never struck the other boy.

Law enforcement tells TMZ it was the boy's father who filed the complaint hours later ... and our source says the father was heard at the scene repeatedly telling people, "I'm a lawyer."

The police investigation is ongoing, but our sources say police already know the fault does not lie with Bieber.

Oksana -- Russian Immigrant with 39 Lawyers

TMZ has learned ... Oksana Grigorieva -- who has said she doesn't have the power to fight the Mel Gibson machine -- has hired a grand total of 39 (THIRTY-NINE) lawyers so far ... to wage legal war on her behalf.

Oksana Grigorieva
All 39 lawyers have been doing legal work for Oksana in her fight with Mel.  Even more shocking, we know at least 18 of the 39 lawyers have submitted more than $1 million in legal bills to the court ... and they're asking the judge to make Mel pay the tab.

As for the 39 lawyers who have jumped on board team Oksana, they include: Lisa Bloom, Martin Garbus, Daniel Horowitz, Eric George, Sonia Lee, Robin Sax, John Carlson, James Spertus, Ezra Landes, Mary Fulginiti, Amy Hinkley, Dan O'Malley, Suzie Obeda and Amanda Touchton.

But there's more ... the firm of Trope and Trope has put the following lawyers on Oksana's case:  Sorrell Trope, Anne Kiley, Angela Harris, Bret Hunter, Hillary Slevin, James Durant, John Ellis, Jennifer Leong, Jonathan Pakravan, Katie Heersema, Lori Howe, Melanie Shornick, Mark Patt, Sophie Bidet, Sarah Luetto, Thomas Dunlap and Tara Scott.

And, the firm of Freid and Goldsman have put the following lawyers on Team Oksana: Manley Freid, Gary Cohen, Marci Levine, Janet Kaplan, Cori Steinberg, Susan Park, Jill Foley Alexander and Kristine Capell.

And the irony -- at the moment Oksana has no family law attorney repping her ... almost all of them have either been fired or quit.

Justin Bieber Investigated for Assault in Canada

Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated by police in Richmond, British Columbia after an alleged incident at laser tag facility ... this according to various reports in Canada.

1017_justin_bieber_laser_tag_BN_arrow
A 12-year-old boy claims Bieber (seen above at the laser tag place, with his father) hit him while playing a game, according to the reports, though he suffered no visible injuries.

A rep for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police tells TMZ the incident was reported to authorities by the boy's father. Though the rep wouldn't confirm anything about Bieber, they did say they are in the process of interviewing witnesses.

The popular Canadian blog ZackTaylor.ca says they spoke to a staffer at the facility who says that during the game, Bieber was cornered by several kids "and accidentally hit the kid while running away."

We spoke to a rep for Bieber yesterday who said it was absolutely untrue.

Mel to Oksana -- Relax, You'll Get Your Money

Mel Gibson ain't gonna pay Oksana Grigorieva the $20,000/month in child support until the judge clarifies if OG's housing is included in the payment -- much to the dismay of Oksana's layers, who were shot down in court on Friday ... TMZ has learned.

1017_mel_oksana_EXD_TMZ_01
Oksana's 39th lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said Friday that Mel Gibson was a deadbeat dad, insinuating he was behind on child support. But sources connected with the case tell us ... the new child support order signed by Judge Scott Gordon is unclear as to whether it includes Oksana's housing payments -- payments Mel has been making from the get-go.

Mel has been paying Oksana $5,000/month in child support in addition to all of Oksana's housing expenses. But now that the judge has upped the monthly child support to $20k, we're told Mel's team wants clarification -- is it 20$k including or plus housing expenses?

Until the judge clairifes his order ... Mel will continue paying $5,000/month.

Oksana's lawyers tried to force Mel to pay the $20K immediately, but we're told the judge said he would take the matter up in November ... as previously scheduled.

Oksana's Newest Lawyer Angry at Mel, TMZ

Oksana Grigorieva's latest addition to her legal team is lashing out after our story yesterday -- that Oksana has had at least 39 lawyers working for her in her legal war with Mel Gibson -- claiming Mel has an armada of lawyers and others trying to stomp Oksana down.

1017_oksana_grigorieva_lisa_bloom_getty_ex
Lisa Bloom claims "Mel has a fleet of highly aggressive law firms fighting her at every turn, including one which calls itself a '450+ lawyer business litigation firm -- the largest in the United States devoted solely to business litigation.'"

Although the current war is over custody, support and alleged crimes and not business litigation, Bloom adds, "This is only one of at least four known major law firms behind the scenes, as well as publicists, marketers, and public relations agencies."  Bloom says, "Oksana is a single mother of two who's gone into debt fighting for simple justice."

TMZ broke the story ... at least 18 of Oksana's lawyers have submitted bills to the court totaling more than $1 million, and they've asked the judge to make Mel foot the bill.

Bloom says Oksana has had only "a handful" of different law firms in this case, adding, "Though occasionally other lawyers in their firms may have pitched in."  Bloom says, "It is totally false to say she's had 39 lawyers."  We have listed all 39 lawyers -- Bloom has not said which of the 39 she believes were not working on the case.

Snooki Finishes Community Service at Police Station

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi will put the finishing touches on her community service requirements today by helping clean up crime in New Jersey ... or, at least, by cleaning up after crime fighters.

1017_snooki_EX_TMZ_01
We're told Snooki will be at the Seaside Heights police station this morning to pay off her debt to society. Seaside PD tells us Snooki will be filing paperwork, cleaning, helping with clerical work, and vacuuming around the station and court house (which is next door).

Snooki was busted back on July 30 and pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach. She was sentenced to two days community service and a $533 fine.

T.I. -- He's Got a Thing for White Russians

T.I. loves him some White Russians ... and we don't mean Oksana Grigorieva -- seems the rapper ordered a pair of 'em right after he was sentenced to 11 months in prison.

1016_ti_receipt_launch
After T.I. got the bad news on Friday, he headed from the court to Mary Mac's Tea Room in Atlanta with a few family members and friends. They ran up a $224.73 bill -- which included several orders of fish and chicken, plenty of sides, and a few alcoholic beverages ... including the aforementioned Kahlua-based drinks.

The only way T.I. will get a White Russian for the foreseeable future ... is from a conjugal visit.

Dina to Mama Kardashian: What's Your Secret?

Dina Lohan is looking for some good ol' fashioned parenting tips from someone who knows what it's like to raise a pack of famous kidlets ... so she's turning to the expert -- Kris Jenner.

1015_dina_kris_EX_TMZ_01
Sources tell TMZ Dina is hoping to set up a meeting of the matriarchs while she's in town visiting Lindsay in Betty Ford. We're told Dina plans on being in L.A. for about a week and would love to pick Kris' brain about how the Kardashian girls managed to do so well in the media spotlight ... while Lindsay has not.

Our sources say Lindsay and Kim had become close before Lindsay went to jail -- the two of them even met up while Lindsay was in NY visiting family back in September.

The relationship could be exactly what Dina needs ... to score a hit reality show.
