Ashton Kutcher's alleged mistress Brittney Jones has a lot in common with Demi Moore ... like a bikini, a cell phone, a mirror, and a killer body.
TMZ obtained this picture of 21-year-old Brittney -- whom Ashton vehemently denies ever hooking up with -- as she shows off the goods Demi-style in a self-snapped photo.
Roseanne Barr makes $300,000 per month ... and she won't even honor her promise to fly her ex-hubby to Hawaii to visit their kid ... this according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.
Ben Thomas -- Rosie's former bodyguard/husband from 1995 to 2002 -- claims earlier this year, Roseanne decided she wanted to move to Hawaii with their 15-year-old son. Ben gave Rosie the right to move with their kid, and in exchange Rosie agreed to fly Ben and his new wife to Hawaii every month for 10 days on Rosie's dime. The whole deal was reduced to writing.
Now, here's where it gets nasty ...
According to legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Barr canceled Ben's plane tickets just hours before his first flight ... then fired off an email to him saying, "I decided that I'm no longer interested in abiding by this ridiculous arrangement."
She continues, "You want to visit [our son]? Buy yourself a ticket, book a room ... See you in court."
Ben -- who claims his wealth "pales in comparison" to Roseanne's -- says he ultimately paid for his own 1st class tickets to Hawaii ... but to even out the cost, he "ate at inexpensive restaurants, rented a Dodge Charger, and filled up with gas at Costco."
Dude now wants a judge to force Roseanne to honor the deal and reimburse him for the trip -- including the Costco run.
Dog the Bounty Hunter was back out on the town following his brief hospitalization earlier this month for internal bleeding -- and we gotta say, he couldn't look more ... er ... radiant.

You'd think with a name like Axl -- dude would have some respect for a quality automobile -- instead Mr. Rose is accused of beating the hell out of a $192k Bentley.
The Guns N' Roses singer is being sued over a 2006 Bentley Flying Spur -- a pretty badass ride.
According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Axl leased the car through Bentley Financial Services back in 2005 -- then flaked on $73,976.42 in payments and fees.
But here's the rub ... Bentley claims when Axl returned the car (several months past the actual due date) -- the car had some serious damage including:
-- Cracked windshield -- Two damaged tires -- Broken glass on the left rear tail light -- Two dented doors -- Gouged bumper
Plus, Bentley says Axl turned in a "mismatched spare key" and a "broken remote key" -- and he was 42,397 miles over his contracted limit.
Bentley wants Axl to fork over the $73k ASAP ... including $91 for a missing key.
Brett Favre's wife -- Deanna Favre -- kinda, sorta, barely addressed the whole "My hubby may be sending XXX pics of himself to other women" thing today ... saying "faith" is helping her cope.
Deanna -- a breast cancer survivor -- appeared on "GMA" to promote her book ... but agreed to make a brief comment on the Favre scandal.
Robin Roberts pointed out that Brett hasn't denied the allegations -- that he sent dong photos of himself to a Jets employee -- but Deanna simply explained that she has faith ... and then went back to promoting her book.
The judge presiding over the custody war between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson believes there's probable cause that Oksana's computer will prove she committed the crime of extortion.
TMZ broke the story ... none other than Judge Scott Gordon signed the L.A. County Sheriff's Department warrant allowing investigators to seize Oksana's computer. Under the law, Judge Gordon can sign the warrant only if he believes there's reason to believe information in the computer will prove she tried extorting Mel.
This is really interesting for the family law case -- Oksana is before a judge who has more than a hunch she committed a crime.
Not everybody's shying away from Brett Favre's penis these days -- TMZ has learned the embattled QB just got an offer to expose himself on the grandest stage of all ... "The Puppetry of the Penis."
Ever since dong-filled photos -- allegedly starring Brett's man parts -- surfaced online ... the guys at the long-running "POTP" have taken notice ... and want to sign Brett up for work.
In fact, TMZ has learned the show's creator Simon Morley just fired off a letter to Brett's agent saying, "I, unlike a lot of people in the USA at the moment, am quite impressed with Brett's complete lack of shame."
He continues, "We would like to offer him the opportunity to join our traveling troupe on a tour of Europe" ... followed by a stint in the U.S. where he could perform "genital art across America."
We're guessing Brett probably won't accept the offer -- but with 5 fumbles on the season already, he could probably stand to brush up on his ball handling skills.
Jesse James' burger joint in Long Beach, CA isn't going to suffer the same fate as his motorcycle shop -- in fact, TMZ has learned Cisco Burger may be expanding ... big time.
Sources tell TMZ Cisco Burger is "kicking ass" -- and that Jesse not only wants to open up another one in his new hometown of Austin, TX ... he also has his eye on expanding the franchise to 100 restaurants around the nation.
This news may be tough to swallow for his crew over at West Coast Choppers in Long Beach -- because, as we first reported, Jesse is shutting it down to concentrate on his other bike shop in Austin.
The good news ... Cisco Burger will probably be hiring soon.

Eva Longoria was behind the wheel during a two-car smash-up tonight in Hollywood ... TMZ has learned.
According to law enforcement sources, the "Desperate Housewives" hottie was driving on busy Hollywood Blvd when someone suddenly turned in front of her. Eva was unable to avoid the car and collided with it.
We're told both Eva and the other driver had very minor injuries -- no one went to the hospital -- and the accident is under investigation ... however the early indication is Eva won't be on the hook for the damage.
Eva's restaurant, Beso, isn't far from where the accident happened. Calls to her rep were not immediately returned.
Oksana Grigorieva wants to block the L.A. County Sheriff from searching her computer in a much bigger way that we were first told ... based on new documents obtained by TMZ.
Oksana's lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, is vehemently objecting to the search warrant Judge Scott Gordon issued, allowing Sheriff's investigators to search Oksana's computer for evidence of extortion.
In the docs, Horowitz wants to limit the search to audio recordings of Mel Gibson, photos of Oksana's facial injuries, emails and text messages between Oksana and Mel. Horowitz is objecting to various other communications between Oksana and her lawyers as well as others that Mel's side believes constitutes extortion.
Horowitz rails on the extortion investigation, calling it "false." The core of the allegation is that Oksana tried extorting Mel out of $15 million during their mediation in May, in return for keeping the explosive audiotapes secret.
Horowitz says the real value of Oksana's deal was only between $1 and $2 million, and "It is not a process of extortion but simply discussion and mild negotiation."
As for Oksana putting the squeeze on Mel for money, Horowitz says, "These are communications between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva that are rather normal, civilized and reflect discussions between adults who are genuinely attempting to provide for the financial welfare of their child."
Horowitz says the Sheriff's Department has no business looking at pics of Oksana breast feeding Lucia. Likewise, he doesn't think investigators should be privy to Oksana's musical works in progress.
And Horowitz claims Mel deceived Oksana back in December, when she signed an agreementbasically agreeing to get nothing if they broke up. Horowitz says Mel strong-armed Oksana, telling her not to let "this shi**y agreement be a stumbling block."
Horowitz, who says his client is a "Russian born, Ukraine raised person" was just following what her experienced lawyers said she should do and "could not be expected to know the technicalities of the law."
Horowitz will appear in court tomorrow ... facing off against the L.A. County Sheriff's Department ... asking the judge to dramatically limit the search of the computer in the extortion investigation.
Legendary Tae Bo badass Billy Blanks claims his former financial managers ripped off more than a million bucks from his bank accounts ... and now he's suing them to get back the cash.
Blanks filed the lawsuit today -- in L.A. County Superior Court -- against his ex-money handlers Rhenee Foster and Demetria Gutierrez. In the legal papers, he claims between 2007 and 2010 they made more than 70 unauthorized wire transfers and check withdrawals ... totaling $1,158,484.11.
According to the suit, Foster and Gutierrez used Blanks' money to pay for their groceries, vacations, spa treatments, phone bills and even college tuition for one of their daughters.
We tried to contact Foster and Gutierrez's company, but it's no longer listed in L.A. County.
