Celine Dion gave birth to twin boys today ... a rep for the singer tells TMZ. 
We're told she gave birth at 11:11 AM -- and then again at 11:12 AM -- at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
One boy was 5 pounds, 4 ounces -- the other was 5 pounds, 10 ounces. We're told they are “100% healthy but will be in an incubator for a few days.”

Rihanna and Katy Perry are BFFs -- and both mega pop stars -- so of course Katy understood when her close pal had to work, rather than fly to India for Katy's wedding to Russell Brand ... this according to sources close to the wedding. 
Perry and Brand tied the knot earlier today in a traditional Hindu wedding. But while reports say the wedding was just family friends, sources tell us Katy's good friend Rihanna wasn't in attendance.
Rihanna was a part of Katy's Las Vegas bachelorette party -- but, according to our source, Rihanna told Katy she couldn't make it because she had to hit the studio.
We're told Katy booked a special room for Rihanna -- but she totally understood why RiRi couldn't hop a plane to India.

It's hard enough getting a bad tenant out of an apartment. So just imagine Christina Aguilera's dilemma -- her hubby is still living in the family home with no plan to move and it's really awkward ... sources tell TMZ.
As TMZ first reported, Aguilera filed for divorce from Jordan Bratman last week after nearly five years of marriage. But despite the fact they've been separated since September 11, neither has moved out of their Bev Hills home.
Our sources say it's so uncomfortable for Christina, she's been staying in a hotel.
Things will get super awkward if she he brings a girl home.

Lindsay Lohan's management team is already lining up projects for the actress as soon as she steps out of rehab in 2011 ... but LiLo's closest friends are concerned that rushing her back into the spotlight could be a dangerous move. 
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, Lohan's team has been devouring movie scripts, furiously setting up meetings, and organizing fashion projects, all in anticipation of LiLo's release from rehab -- January 3, 2011.
But one friend tells us the people who still care about LiLo's well-being feel that she "shouldn’t be working the first week. She shouldn’t be working the first couple months. She needs to be attending daily meetings to stay on track for sobriety." Another adds, “Lindsay needs to focus on herself for some time."
As we previously reported, LiLo has recently expressed concern about her career and her crumbling fashion line. But according to her probation officer, Lindsay also acknowledged that her "lifestyle" is filled with temptation.
Fortunately, Lindsay will have a couple of months to think about her next move.

Russell Brand and Katy Perry finally tied the knot today at a ceremony in India. 
It was a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony ... though the fact it was at a luxury resort in a tiger reserve probably isn't the traditional part.
Both Brand and Perry wore traditional Indian clothes to the wedding, which was conducted by a Hindu priest.

New court documents have just been filed in an attempt to keep T.I. out of the slammer -- and instead move him into a rehab program ... problem is, T.I. has absolutely no idea who made the request. 
A ticked off citizen filed documents in federal court in Atlanta, arguing that the courts are pissing away tax dollars by jailing T.I. for a recent drug possession arrest ... so the person filed a motion to toss out the jail sentence.
The mystery person identifies him or herself as "Citizens of the State of Atlanta Georgia" -- they even provided a signature ... 
Neither T.I.'s people nor the prosecution have any idea what the group is ... besides being an organization of some kind that failed geography class.
T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ that despite the well-intentioned gesture -- he has no plans to appeal the judge's sentence.
PS -- We spoke to the guy T.I. talked off the ledge the other day ... he swears ths isn't his doing.

Joe Jackson is now revealing why he put a $500 million price tag on his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray. His theory -- "The more you go, the less you get ... so I went high."
During Joe's interview with GOOM Radio -- in which sported some severely oversized MJ bling -- he said Dr. Murray was just "the fall guy" ... and that a lot of other people were to blame for his son's death.
Joe also took issue with our story that he was following Oprah Winfrey around like a puppy dog during her sit-down interview with the Jackson family earlier this month ... but you'll have to watch the video for the lowdown.

In a shocking turn of events that could not have been predicted by even the great Nostradamus himself ... Dennis Rodman was kicked out of a California hotel on Friday for allegedly being drunk and disorderly. 
We're told Dennis was staying at the Surf and Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach for the filming a UK TV show. Sources tell us he was drinking at the hotel bar and was asked several times by security to quiet down and stop bothering the guests.
When D.R. persisted, we're told police were called and seven uniform officers showed up and kicked him out of the hotel for good.
It's just Dennis being Dennis.

Bradley Whitford and Jane Kaczmarek finalized their divorce earlier this week -- and the two split everything as evenly as possible ... except when it came to the children. But we're not talking custody, we're talking taxes. 
According to docs filed earlier this week, the two could not have been more amicable in their divorce. They've divided up their assets evenly, they're sharing custody of their children, and they'll split all costs related to raising their kids ... right down the middle.
But you can't split three kids up evenly when it comes to taxes. According to the papers, Jane gets to claim two of their children as dependents on her taxes -- Bradley gets the third -- until 2014. After that, Bradley gets the two kids in odd numbered years, Jane in even.
As they old saying goes, nothing is certain but divorce death and taxes.
