Capri Anderson is getting ready to drop a legal bomb on Charlie Sheen -- TMZ has learned the porn star is planning to sue Charlie for the events that went down during his hotel meltdown in NYC.
Sources close to Anderson tell TMZ ... she believes Charlie was acting so crazy in his hotel room at The Plaza Hotel on Tuesday morning -- that she felt her life was in danger ... and she also felt like she was being held in the room against her will.
As we previously reported, Charlie tore the room apart -- busting a chair and causing damage to several hotel items. Capri ended up locking herself in the bathroom and calling hotel security.
Capri claims Charlie also threatened her in the hotel room, although she made no mention of this to NYC cops when they interviewed her about the incident.
FYI -- law enforcement sources tell us officials have no plans to file charges against Charlie.
Brooke Mueller casually dropped a little nugget of information when asked about Charlie Sheen's hotel antics -- the couple is separated.
Brooke told a photog yesterday the pair doesn't live together anymore and when asked whether or not she was worried about Charlie cheating on her, she responded, "Charlie can do whatever he wants ... I'm just saying, Charlie's not cheating on me. We're separated."
As we reported back in June, Charlie and Brooke drew up documents laying out who gets what in the event they get divorced.
Might be time to pull those papers out of a drawer.
Daniel Truhitte -- who played the young Nazi soldier Rolfe in "The Sound of Music" -- is screaming from the hilltops ... devastated he wasn't invited to the "Music" reunion special on "Oprah."
Daniel's lederhosen are in wad over the "Oprah" special that aired on Thursday -- which was billed as the first time in 45 years that the "entire cast" has been in the same place. O featured all eight members of the Von Trapp family, plus Julie Andrews.
But Daniel -- who played the love interest of Liesl Von Trapp and famously sang "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" -- tells TMZ he doesn't understand why he was left out, saying "I was the male juvenile lead, a main part of the story ... it's beyond me."
Daniel groused, "How can you not include Rolfe?"
A rep for the show tells TMZ, "Our show was a reunion of the von Trapp 'family.' Mr. Truhitte's character was not part of that group."

McMillan -- an actual candidate for governor in the state of New York as a member of the Rent Is Too Damn High party -- is now a spokesman for an online auction website called BidHere.com.
McMillan taped his part on Friday, as part of an ad campaign where users could win rent for a month. In return for a few seconds of his time, McMillan got paid $10,000. The ad goes live Monday.

Anhalt tells TMZ he was outside his Beverly Hills home on Tuesday "sunbathing and eating Kaiserschmarrn" -- which is totally normal -- when he somehow swallowed a bee ... that ended up stinging his throat on the way down.
Anhalt says he suddenly "could not breathe and turned blue" ... and had to be rushed to a local hospital.
We're told Anhalt is still in the hospital ... and it's unclear when he'll be able to eat Kaiserschmarrn again.
