Disney star Demi Lovato has bailed on an international concert tour with the Jonas Brothers -- and has checked into a treatment center to seek help for "emotional and physical issues" ... TMZ has confirmed through the singer's rep.
In a statement to TMZ, the 18-year-old singer's rep says, "Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time."
We're told Demi is not seeking treatment for drug use.
The statement continues, "Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that."
The rep concludes, "[Demi] regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."
Sources close to Lovato tell us the singer was in a physical altercation with a female member of her tour recently ... which was a "catalyst" in her decision to seek professional help.
After a hard day of bashing Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva finally left a grueling nine-and-a-half hour deposition moments ago ... and shot a triumphant thumbs up on her way out.
As we previously reported, Oksana was writing notes and strategizing with her lawyers about how to grill Mel in their bitter custody battle ... and judging from her hand signal, she was pleased with the results.
Mel was seen exciting the offices soon after Oksana ... no hand signals from him.
Charlie Sheenand Brooke Mueller have filed for divorce today ... and TMZ has obtained the divorce papers.
It's a bizarre divorce ... Charlie and Brooke signed a 43-page property settlement document back in May, in which they divided all their assets and agreed on child custody. According to the document -- obtained by TMZ -- Brooke and Charlie get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie gets visitation.
Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, and according to the doc, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."
Brooke gets cash from several income sources, plus a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.
Charlie gets the family house but has to pay Brooke around $1 mil.
Charlie gets to keep his $5.6 $5.45 million watch collection.
In the docs, Charlie lists their date of separation as 12/25/09 -- the day he was arrested in Aspen for a domestic incident involving Brooke.
PEOPLE broke the story that the divorce is being filed today.
Kim Kardashian is recording an album. As in music. As in singing ... TMZ has learned.
We're told Kim's recently been in the studio with top notch writer/producer/performer The-Dream, whose hits include Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)."
So how's it gonna sound? One person who's been inside a recording session tells us, "Kim's got a really good voice."
No word on a song list, but a cover of "Baby Got Back" seems inevitable.
Tom Cruise is one crazy S.O.B. -- hanging 124 stories above the ground to pull off a ridiculously badass stunt for the fourth "Mission Impossible" movie. What would Suri think? Glad you asked ...

T.I. has officially begun his 11-month stint in an Arkansas prison -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ the rapper checked in "sometime this afternoon."
If you recall, T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession arrest on the Sunset Strip back in September -- an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.
A spokesperson for the prison tells us T.I. will go through the normal process -- which means he'll be processed, pose for a prison photo, and will be given a bunk assignment.
As for the shower issue -- we're told T.I.'s prison has a community shower situation.
We're told T.I. will have access to a television room for general viewing.
T.I. will be issued a standard prison uniform -- khaki trousers, khaki button down shirt and black shoes.
Inmates at the prison can make phone calls -- but they're limited to 300 minutes per month.
Mel Gibson is taking a lunch break, after getting grilled himself in a deposition ... with Oksana Grigorieva as an active participant.
TMZ has learned ... Mel somehow got in the Century City office building where the deposition is taking place without being noticed. It went for three hours this morning, before everyone took a lunch break.
Sources say Oksana has been writing notes and speaking with her lawyers about questions they're firing at Mel.
It's the first time Mel and Oksana have been face-to-face since their custody war erupted.
Brian Krause -- who played Leo on the TV show "Charmed" -- was yanked off a jetway and arrested at LAX last night after airline employees claimed he was too hammered and too disruptive to fly.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Krause was trying to board an AirTran flight at LAX when the plane's captain felt he was too drunk to board the plane ... and ordered airline staff to turn him away.
We're told Krause refused to leave -- and began arguing with employees. Cops were called to the terminal and Krause was eventually arrested for being drunk in public.
Krause was taken to a nearby jail -- where he spent the night sobering up behind bars. We're told he was released today sometime after 7:00 AM.
So far, Krause's people have no comment on the situation.
Oksana Grigorieva clearly spent some time in front of the mirror this morning getting ready to face Mel Gibson for the first time in months -- she looked great as she entered the room where Mel is supposed to sit for his deposition.
We asked Oksana what it feels like coming face-to-face with Mel again. She said, "I don't know what to think."
As TMZ first reported ... Oksana will be actively participating in the depo, writing questions for her lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, and strategizing with him.
Here's the problem -- so far, we haven't seen Mel.
We took your questions on everything -- including Mel Gibson's big deposition, Capri Anderson planning to sue Charlie Sheen, and controversy over the new Michael Jackson album.
Plus: Tom Cruise performs another death-defying stunt.
