Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life -- this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.
The documents -- which became effective today -- clearly state that Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation ... for the next 36 months.
Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.
And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances.
He's also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept.
If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation -- he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.
Lil Wayne has officially checked in with the probation department in Yuma County, Arizona to begin his three year sentence stemming from a drug-filled tour bus incident from 2008.
Wayne (seen above) has been ordered to three years of unsupervised probation and 360 hours of community service -- which he will perform in Miami, where he resides.
As we previously reported, Wayne was arrested in 2008 after his tour bus was stopped at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Yuma -- and authorities claim they found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun on board.
Weezy pled guilty to one count of felony possession of a dangerous drug -- while the other drug charges and the gun charge were all thrown out.
If Weezy's a good boy -- Yuma officials will drop the felony to a misdemeanor, which could benefit the rapper in the event that he's arrested in the future. It could also help on a job application.
UPDATE: We're told Lil was there for about 30 minutes and was very professional. He has to report to the probation office in Miami by November 10.
LeBron James asked, "What should I do?" Now the city of Cleveland is responding ... and LeBron's not going to like their answer.
Bron's famous Nike commercial just got cut up by local Cleveland filmmaker Dan Wantz ... who's giving Cavalier fans a chance to answer all those philosophical questions LeBron asks in the commercial.
Wantz -- who shot, produced, and edited the short film -- tells TMZ he "just wanted Cleveland to have a voice" and that James was "more than just a basketball player" to the people of Ohio.
The most biting line, and there are several, "Traitors don't leave legacies."
Lil Wayne already has 48 bottles of really expensive champagne -- PAID FOR and ready to go -- when he arrives for his prison release party at a Miami strip club this weekend.
It's all going down at a joint called King of Diamonds -- a 50,000 square foot mega strip club that's equipped with a shoe shine station, massage parlor, basketball court and "fine dining."
We're told Wayne and his posse already purchased dozens of bottles of PJ Rose Perrier-Jouët champagne at $700 a pop.
But sources inside the club tell us several fans have also purchased bottles for the rap star (bringing the total count to 48) -- and those people, along with anyone else who wants to gift Wayne some bubbly -- will be allowed to meet him at the party to let him know about the offering.
Wayne is expected to be joined by Drake, Nicki Minaj and Baby-- and we're told the club has already stocked up on heavy security to make sure things don't get out of control.
We're no meteorologists ... but we're guessin' it's gonna be raining like crazy inside the club that night.
Sony has just released a teaser to Michael Jackson's new album "MICHAEL" due out next month ... but there's a big controversy over whether some of the vocals are real or fake.
In the teaser, which promotes the album's big song, "Breaking News," all we hear from Michael Jackson is a brief scream.
The question ... is it Michael Jackson's scream or that of an impostor???
By the way ... someone we know has heard the entire album and says it's "unbelievably good." Our spy says some of the tracks sound a little like Justin Timberlake, but they are all Michael.
Supermodel Heidi Klum, TV host Maria Menounos, stylist Rachel Zoe and actress Debra Messing all flashed their smiles as best they could at the same event in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
San Francisco Giants pitcher Brian Wilson rode his wave of World Series awesomeness into West Hollywood last night and gave us a quick lesson on his anatomy.
The Giants' badass closer strolled out of Voyeur Nightclub and made it clear ... his World Series celebration is just getting started.
With her parents in the middle of a divorce, underage Disney pop princess Miley Cyrus, 17, threw back a Corona cerveza at a club in Madrid, Spain last night ... where the legal drinking age is technically 18 -- but there's a catch.
TMZ contacted several Spanish authorities who each confirmed the law ... and then made it clear that underage drinking is simply no big deal in their country.
One police officer told us ... people as young as 16 are cool to consume "certain" beverages in Madrid -- but the cop refused to explain what those beverages are. In that case: Salud!
The mystery is revealed! For the first time in the history of the universe (we might be guessing here) TMZ has obtained footage of Barney the purple dinosaur ... UNMASKED!!!
David Joyner -- who wore the famous purple Barney suit for 14 years -- crossed the finish line yesterday in Santa Monica after biking an incredible 4,000 km from Alberta Canada to L.A.
It was all part of Ride for the Red -- a charity fundraiser to benefit the American Red Cross -- and despite the exhausting expedition, dude still hasn't lost his jolly side ... telling us, "It's all for the kids."
Capri Anderson claims Charlie Sheen didn't just take out his aggression on hotel property during the night of his meltdown ... she says he also destroyed her super expensive Prada purse.
We're told Capri believes Sheen targeted the bag believing she hid his rare, $150,000 Patek Philippe 5970 watch inside -- then opened it up, dumped out the contents and "ripped it to shreds" ... only to find nothing.
Our sources say Capri -- who bought the $1,600 bag the day before -- took it back to the store the next day to get it fixed ... but was told it was "beyond repair."
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Capri never mentioned a damaged purse when they interviewed her in the hotel room.
As for Charlie ... his manager, Mark Burg, scoffed at Capri's allegation telling TMZ, "Maybe she can get a Prada sponsorship out of this."
Don Imus has apologized for slamming a commercial for a kids charity -- saying he was merely poking fun at a jingle that literally annoys everyone in possession of a working radio.
It all started during a commercial break on Wednesday's show when the Kars4Kidsjingle started to play ... and Imus -- clearly not a fan of the jingle -- begged the singer to "shut up" and "go to hell."
Imus then groaned, "I should give you my Bentley -- you morons."
A rep for Kars4Kids tells TMZ they were flooded with emails -- and eventually posted a clip on their website with the title, "Is Imus really donating his Bentley to Kars4Kids?"
But the next day, Kars4Kids tells us Imus issued a "fairly thorough retraction and apology on air" -- and the group now insists that all is forgiven. A rep for Imus tells us, "Very catchy tune, very silly controversy."
That being said -- listening to that commercial is more tortuous than Abu Ghraib.
