Michael Jackson's mother has decided to let the world listen to a brand new unreleased MJ song -- and, taking a shot at Sony, one she claims is 100% authentic.
The song -- "Opis None" -- was pulled from the archives of JacksonSecretVault.com ... a company in which Katherine Jackson is a partner. The company owns nearly 300 unreleased MJ tracks ... along with never-before-seen video and memorabilia.
Howard Mann, Katherine's partner in the company, tells TMZ, "In an effort to overcome the confusion as to the authenticity of the track the estate has recently released we want to give an actual authentic Michael Jackson track to the world ... for free."
Sony released a teaser of an upcoming MJ album, which various experts have authenticated as the real deal.
TMZ has learned the identity of Conan O'Brien's first guest on Monday night, but -- WARNING -- don't click the link unless you want to spoil the surprise!!!!
Miley Cyrus put herself and others at risk this week by indulging in that ice cold Corona at a nightclub in Spain ... this according to an international alcohol awareness organization.
Even though officials in Spain told us 17-year-old Miley didn't break any laws ... the head of the International Institute for Alcohol Awareness, James E. Copple, is concerned other young people will follow her lead and engage in "risky behavior associated with underage alcohol consumption."
Copple tells us, "The young people that see her as a role model could mimic the same behavior and as a consequence will go out and become intoxicated, putting their safety at risk."
Copple noted ... according to his organization, "85% of young people who drink, drink to get intoxicated."
With Lil Wayne fresh outta the clink and his mouth due for a metallic makeover -- we thought these famous faces would also look good with some blinged out grills!
Michael Lohan is a wanted man ... again. A judge has issued a warrant for his arrest stemming from a legal war with a woman who claims MiLo is her baby daddy.
TMZ has learned a judge in Suffolk County, NY issued the warrant on Thursday ... but Michael himself isn't really sure what it's about.
We've confirmed it stems from a child support case in Montana -- where a woman sued Michael claiming he's her baby daddy ... and won an uncontested judgment because Michael never opposed the claim.
Michael tells us he made the first payment ... but was a day late on the second ... so that's why he thinks the warrant was issued (he didn't know about the warrant when we talked to him).
For the record -- Michael claims everything will be okay when the payment is processed.
Cathy Moriarty -- who once received an Academy Award nomination for her role in "Raging Bull" -- is at the center of a hit-and-run investigation after she allegedly smashed into a Volvo in NY.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, a witness claims she saw Cathy driving a silver Chrysler on I-495 last month ... when she blew a stop sign, rear ended the Volvo (right), and then took off from the scene.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... officers tracked down Moriarty and went to her home -- where they saw that her silver Chrysler (left) had front damage that synced up with the accident ... but Cathy denied any involvement in the crash.
Calls to Moriarty's manager have not been returned.
The official Michael Jackson fan group that lashed out against the timing of Oprah's molestation special is now going after CNN ... after a guest analyst referred to them as "knuckleheads."
A rep for the Official MJ Fans of Southern California tells us they're pissed that "Showbiz Tonight" guest analyst Lauren Lake labeled them the "Official Knuckleheads of California" ... after they spoke out against O's decision to run her interview with MJ's kids one episode after her special on child molestation.
OMJFSC is "outraged" that "Showbiz" would allow Lake to comment on something "she clearly knows nothing about."
The group argues that Oprah already showed her colors back in 2005 ... when she aired a special on pedophilia during Michael Jackson's molestation trial ... adding Lake simply has her "head in the sand" on the issue.
A body was found this afternoon within a few feet of the famous Playboy Mansion ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the body of a transient man was found on the ground of a golf course that shares a fence with the Playboy Mansion.
We're told there was a hole in the fence right near where the body was found. Sources at the mansion tell us they think he may have been trying to get on the grounds during an event there last night.
The L.A. County Coroner has already picked up the body.
Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life -- this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.
The documents -- which became effective today -- clearly state that Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation ... for the next 36 months.
Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.
And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances.
He's also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept.
If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation -- he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.
Lil Wayne has officially checked in with the probation department in Yuma County, Arizona to begin his three year sentence stemming from a drug-filled tour bus incident from 2008.
Wayne (seen above) has been ordered to three years of unsupervised probation and 360 hours of community service -- which he will perform in Miami, where he resides.
As we previously reported, Wayne was arrested in 2008 after his tour bus was stopped at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Yuma -- and authorities claim they found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun on board.
Weezy pled guilty to one count of felony possession of a dangerous drug -- while the other drug charges and the gun charge were all thrown out.
If Weezy's a good boy -- Yuma officials will drop the felony to a misdemeanor, which could benefit the rapper in the event that he's arrested in the future. It could also help on a job application.
UPDATE: We're told Lil was there for about 30 minutes and was very professional. He has to report to the probation office in Miami by November 10.
