I think you're blinded by your "cleverness" and you haven't understood where the problem is. Obviously anyone that burns tires on their property is polluting the air and if it affects you, you or the state can take them to court for damages.

The problem with the EPA is that it is uses ridiculous rules and categories ("moving dirt on wetlands") to take property *without due process* and extort people, nobody is complaining about "tree huggin'". Do you believe in due process?
