The efforts of the election integrity movement are reaching a critical mass with regards to these machines. This is a time to refocus and redouble our efforts.

They are on the run, putting on a disguise now as "Premier" which, by the way, doesn't sound too much like an official in a democracy, now, does it??
It's probably also fair to say that they were KICKED OUT of the Diebold parent company, which has resented the bad reputation the elections division gave the whole company (and the impact on the stock price, no doubt)

I'll buy the company from them............for $10. Fire everyone, and provide public access to: all their machines, the intentionally corrupt source code, and their financial backers, company e-mails, and responsibility for stolen elections. May the rest of the company rot in Hell (man, it's gettin' crowded down there).

Maybe Walden O'Dell shouldn't have said he was "committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year" in 2003. That's a no-no for a voting machines company, Warren.

Doesn't this imply, that they were NOT focusing on this before? And that they view democracy as "potential customers"???

So now when the lobbyists start knocking on our representatives doors and leaving a calling card that reads "Premier Election Solutions," our representatives will be falling all over them as being competition for the now-outed Diebold. I KNOW this will happen, based on our representatives proven track record of not really reading the bills they sign.
I encourage everyone to let their reps know now, that Premier Election Systems is just Diebold Elections Systems, Inc. with a new haircut.
btw, my name won't be Linda anymore, because those who are familiar with me have developed an informed sense of who Linda is. Only I'm smarter than Diebold, because I won't tell you my next reincarnation.

Feel free to cut and paste:
Dear Congresswoman Woolsey,
I thought I'd give you a heads up on something. One of the companies that contributed to the 2004 and 2006 voting irregularities debacle caused by electronic voting machines, Diebold Elections Systems, Inc., has officially changed its business name to Premier Election Systems.
When their lobbyists request an appointment to advise your staff on issues having to do with helping to make sure all Americans' votes count and count accurately, don't be fooled. Premier Election Systems is just Diebold with a new haircut.
Respectfully,
Your name

Evidence that the "official" August 11, Iowa Straw Poll results were RIGGED w/Diebold!
As it turns out, Exit Polling was actually taken and conducted for the August 11 GOP Iowa Straw Poll and the voting trends strongly show that the "official" and announced results cannot be trusted.

2. Never before, for a folksy little straw poll event, has Diebold machines or any other type of machine been brought in to control the counting of votes. These fairs had always been counted by simple hand counts. But with 5 months to go before the formal primaries & caucuses, they did not want to have anti-establishment candidate Ron Paul be seen or perceived as "a winner" and getting the Media coverage and momentum that would have followed had he been announced as the winner. What we saw is that at least one (or more) Diebold machines failed and, instead of reverting to a simple hand count for that station(s), they held up the Election for around an hour, while they re-programmed the Diebold machines to ensure that all the counting was done by machine and none by hand (where the true voting trends would have been detected).
I smell a rat here!

Regarding the recent straw poll in which Ron Paul wuz robbed of a win...why in the hell did he accept the poll results and declare that he was "happy" with it?
WTF?
Surely Dr. Paul KNOWS that the damn Diebold, er, now Premier, machines were NOT reliable and that there would be behind-the-scenes shenanigans to twist the vote in the favor of the establishment candidates, rather than the one who'd most likely would have won it if there was an honest vote---Ron Paul?
If I were Dr Paul at the Iowa straw poll, I would have rounded up volunteers--along with the candidate himself--and vowed to stay RIGHT THERE next to EVERY SINGLE DIEBOLD machine all day long with a vow to not let the machine to ever be out of sight, no matter what. If anyone gets arrested, then all of the Paul supporters would have needed to get arrested, including Paul himself, for the "crime" of insisting on honest hand-count of the votes. Why didn't Paul think of that?
If Paul had made a stand right then for an honest vote, the incident/arrests/stand would have gotten a hell of a lot of press, along with a possible forced honest outcome with a BIG Paul victory. A mass arrest of the stand-by-the-machine Paul supporters would have resulted with a vote result like it is now, but it would have been seriously clouded over with the big arrests of all those Paul supporters, including Paul himself.
Dr Paul BLEW IT! Dammit. There are times when a candidate need to make bold moves and Dr. Paul need to grow some cojones, otherwise, he's not going to escape from the damn establishment shadow of vote fraud.
During the next poll contest, Dr. Paul had better make a stand if there's going to be any damn DREs or hackable scanning devices being used in the contest.
Grow a pair of balls, Dr. Paul and MAKE A STAND at the next contest, will ya?!

or are they shuffling to a new corporate entity to allow the mother ship to get away from legal liablity of the RFK Jr. whistleblower lawsuit and the various other citizen lawsuits that placed like perhaps, georgia, have a strong case of election tampering??
I think Diebold and Rove suffering from an enormous dose of realizing the Bushie's are not around to protect them anymore as of 2008 election and they better get out now before the congressional investigations begin.
I for one plan to continue my legal efforts at mother diebold so that not only they feel the sting, but that they stop feeding the new premier beast which is not acapble of raising private funds to extend it's ugly reach into my voting pocket.

There are rumors that there is a secret court application in the Allen Texas Court system where one "Robert Pelletier" has applied for a name change to "Premier Pelletier".
Attached to it, according to whistle blowers, is a request for a sex change to "cowgirl".

(Josh's Premier Link, emphasis added). Why don't they just say "directly connected" to KKKarl Rove's Intranet?
Do we now know where KKKarl will be working after he bites the heads off a few captive doves and gets ready for down and dirty (a.k.a. "family matters")?

Saw this coming two years ago. What do you do if you're a public company and you have a division that represents maybe 5 percent of your business and:
- you can't sell it
- it has service contracts 3-5 years out so you can't just shut the thing down
- you know you are likely to be hit with claims in litigation that can take out the other 95 percent of your operation?
You do the only thing you CAN do: Spin it off, quarantine it under another board of directors, leave yourself an opening so IF they clean it up you can duck back in and profit, and if/when you get hit with the big damages in legal claims, declare bankruptcy.
Then you say to the empty-handed plaintiffs who are left holding nothing but damaged goods and an unenforceable judgment, "Let them eat cake!"
And you move on to the next corporate executive position.

I suggest everyone pay attention....
1. Premierelection.com was born 9/26/06.
2. Therefore, Diebold planned this for quite some time. The website is fully functional.
3. The WHOIS shows a huge PR firm, Edelman, as the website owner. Isn't anyone out there wondering why a huge PR firm owns the website for the brand new Premier Election Solutions?
Let's look further
The Admin and technical contact is David Dunne, of Edelman. Let's see who David Dunne is...
I suggest everyone become familiar with David Dunne's writings:
"Beware the Blogs"
"Edelman recently studied millions of online interactions to determine how conversations are forming, what's being discussed and how marketers can participate in the dialogue..."
"Engaging communities: Create an active dialogue with your audience by developing relationships with existing online communities, helping new communities form and offering personalized content to different audience segments."
There's more scary, blog-invasion stuff, but I need to limit this post to "fair use" guidelines.

Electronic voting is completely owned by the Bush administration and by default the republicans led by Karl Rove. If democrats really wanted to take care of the electoral problems, someone like George Soros, with the financial means to buy a company, would buy the company, fix it and GIVE AWAY THE MACHINES to every state. This is a perfect example why the republicans win all of the time. Dems just don't take charge and use their assets to own American issues.

Some of the old timers I list in #28 were talking about this stuff years ago on this blog. Years before spying on Americans was in the regular news, it was said on this blog that "every phone call you make is watched". Echelon was talked about years ago here.
Because, as you say, these issues are important.
And if when your subject David Dunne is granted the full power of government backing, as Karen Harris, Jeb Bush, and Ken Blackwell were, we can expect an attempt to destroy blogs who are exposing them. So as to protect election theft.
There are many techniques use. Thru IRS attacks for instance. Yes, Karl Rove directed the political hack and head of IRS to go after political targets. That means litigation in the US Tax Court.
Filings in the Tax Court (where people try to defend themselves in tax matters, but fail because that court too is stacked), were 27,000 and may exceed that this year. There are 19 judges (1421 cases for each judge - about 3.89 cases per day, 365 days a year). When the bushies took over there were about 13,000 cases.
The bushies are up to something with IRS and hitting political enemies. It may have expanded now, giving new meaning to "blog hits".

One thing is new. I don't ever remember our posts being "moderated" on Bradblog. Hell Huffpo no longer links to this blog because we evidently are to rad. Somebody has to do it.
I posted before you did and it has #34 at this time, could change, and a message was attached to it:
"Your comment is awaiting moderation."
I personally know that my posts are inanimate objects that can't await or moderate themselves.
And I can't go back and "moderate" them because they are not going to be moderate to everyone, plus I am not an admin.
John Gideon did that to me a month or so ago, and later my post disappeared. I guess it was not moderate enough for him.
If the numbers change you know what happened to my post #34.

Just an FYI Dredd Man, comments here are NOT moderated before posting, unless a particular posted is put on a ban or moderate list if they are a spammer, or otherwise have broken the posting rules here repeatedly (after several warnings, etc.)
However, there are some posts that get triggered into the moderate queue based on certain criteria built into WordPress when they are thought to be possible spam. Certain words and/or too many URLs in the note, etc. could trigger the system to believe it may be spam, and thus the comment waits for one of the admin folks to approve it.
You are certainly not on a moderate list, though occassionally one of your comments, for whatever reason, might end up in the mod queue errantly. Just so's ya know.

I am wondering if Diebold programmers did the WordPress software or whether the CIA and FBI dudes who did the Wikipedia thingy mentioned in my post #35 are "helping" you out in the background?
It could happen these daze.

Dredd # 35:
In 1942 the USPHS hired Edward Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud, the # 1 PR man in the country, to sell fluoridation to the American Public. Metal production (primarily aluminum) was creating huge amounts of fluoride-laced toxic waste and tremendous health problems for employees and people who lived near the factories. What to do? "[Re-] Create reality."

"A Dr. Manning writes here in his article, The Federal Engineering Of Consent (see also Manufacturing Consent, by Noam Chomsky, for more info on psychological maneuvers to influence a populace): "A nephew of Sigmund Freud, the Vienna born Mr. Bernays is well documented in the book Public Relations: Edward L. Bernays And The American Scene, Faxon, (1951), Rumford Press, Concord, New Hampshire, "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses must be done by experts, the public relations counsels. They are the invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions...The most direct way to the herd is through the leaders. For, if the group they dominate will respond, all this must be planned...indoctrination must be subtle. It should be worked into the everyday life of the people, 24 hours a day in hundreds of ways...A redefinition of ethics is necessary...the subject matter of the propaganda needn't necessarily be true," says Bernays."
Bernays was quoted as saying that if MDs told people to use fluoride, they would do it because of their god-like stature.
For a list of dispicable Bernays-lead projects see:

Josef Goebbels used Bernays as his template in convincing Germans they needed to "purify their race."

What is the status of the Kennedy/Papantonio qui tam litigation against election fraudsters and cheats like Diebold ? If Premier Election Systems is spun off from any connection to Diebold and then suffers eventual bankruptcy - does that prevent the recovery of damages cause by Diebold Election Systems if the qui tam suit is successful ? Is this the Diebold parent company's strategy to release/absolve them of negligence, fraud, malicious misrepresentation of product - and having to pay any court/jury imposed damages down the road ?
Combined these electronic voting machine vendors took billions of dollars in US taxpayer money, they provided a shoddy product at top dollar prices. Is the US taxpayer not entitled to some reimbursement and punitive damages to dissuade these corporate charlatans and shysters from doing these bogus and fraudulent transactions again ?
A slap or the wrist will not stop these corporate bandits and snake oil salesmen - a hefty court ordered award for recovery of damages to the US taxpayer is long overdue. These EVM purveyors had a major hand in formulating the HAVA Law to their best advantage, thanks to Bob Ney, who is now in jail. The sad state of affairs in the election vote counting process that is now privatized beyond any oversight by the citizenry is a direct result of allowing lobbyists into the halls of congress to write legislation to their direct benefit and profit - the needs of the American taxpayer and populous be damned.

Let's start a thread devoted to renaming this collection of rogues. I've suggested Black Hole in an article. I'll check back to read your suggestions. We could compile them.
