    Hi, well, if quality is a conern I recommend that you upload your video with a resolution width of at least 1280px and an aspect ratio higher than 4:3 so that we can encode your video in HD. Otherwise, compressing a SD video as 640x480 H264 mp4, 2000kbps, AAC, 44.1Khz) will give you the best SD results we can offer.
