I would have preferred to write a blog concentrating on a single theme, but I have literary Tourette Syndrome and these urges manifest themselves by articles that start off on one subject and quickly devolve into a rant against Islam.

I am now thinking that perhaps Obamacare is not such a bad thing. Certainly the bureaucracy which will run Obamacare will be no different than the Post Office and so in this regard we can expect to lose some 25 to 30 percent of those who are truly sick simply from incompetence and stupidity.
