About Us

Keystone Politics is a liberal-leaning news site covering Pennsylvania politics since 2004. We’re fiercely independent from either party and are willing to call out members of either party, though our hearts are set on creating a more liberal Pennsylvania and articles and commentary are written from that point of view.

Contributors
We’ve had many contributors over the years, and this is our current crew.

Greg Palmer is the Editor and Publisher of Keystone Politics, leading editorial, business, and technology operations for the site. He founded KP in 2004 while in graduate school and after taking the site on a hiatus in 2009, brought it back to life in 2011.

Jon Geeting is a public policy expert who focuses on analyzing legislative and regulatory proposals. He’s a graduate of New York University.

Phillydem is a longtime contributor to Keystone Politics who writes about liberal issues and how they affect average Pennsylvanians.
