Known Issues

• Some community owners are reporting they are unable to remove community members from their communities. This bug is being investigated and we apologize for the inconvenience.
  
  
• LiveJournal's new commenting form is causing several issues, such as the following major problems:
  
  
  • Expanding threads or loading userpics causes the page to time out, or other performance problems in IE8 and Firefox 3.6 through 7.
  • Some Firefox users cannot leave comments
  • Cannot switch user login type, or comment anonymously
  • Default userpic is shown when another userpic with multiple keywords is selected
  • Comments from deleted/purged journals are incorrectly displaying a 'Deleted comment' message instead of showing the comment. This is a display issue only -- the comments are still there, just not being displayed properly.
  
  All of these issues have been reported to our engineering team to be fixed.
  
  
• OpenID is currently not working with some other services.

Until this issue is resolved, we cannot guarantee you will receive all of your notifications. You may wish to try tracking the entire entry, or bookmark any entries or comment threads that you wish to follow.

(This will create a support request in a category that only staff may access, to guarantee your request is handled by a staff member.)
