ESPN2 to Televise New York City Marathon
Starting this year, the New York City Marathon will be televised live on ESPN2. ESPN has agreed to a five-year deal with New York Road Runners to televise the New York City marathon. As part of the deal, the marathon will air live on ESPN2 and WatchESPN from 9:00 AM ET to 12:30 PM, with ABC airing a two-hour highlight show.

Ratings for the Sugar Bowl were the lowest in eighteen years and the third-lowest for any Bowl Championship Series telecast. ESPN veteran Rob Stone has joined Fox Sports as a studio host for soccer coverage on FOX, FX, and Fox Soccer, Fox Sports Media Group announced earlier this week. Stone had been with ESPN since 1997, serving in a variety of capacities on soccer and college football broadcasts.
