Immigration News

President Obama on Illegal immigration: Mr. Obama has introduced the immigration bill for continuation of the dream act which is passed in the White house. This is a useful bill because, it allows an individual of illegal immigrant will become a legal residents. Illegal immigration issue and changing US demography will be a important issue in coming days. When many immigrants are coming to U.S and make their stay and they got green cards then probably the immigration issue will be come down slowly. So U.S will get highly rated compared to the European and some other countries.

U.S is the state where we can get every freedom to live, even for immigrants and there we live luxury. Many countries are not able to fulfill the capabilities of citizens. immigration and naturalization is the law, it satisfies the individuals requirements which is eligible for naturalization purpose.

There are 5 elements to satisfy an individual. The applicant should know to read, speak and write of English language. Then he should give a copy of living status of him at least for 5 years. He should have knowledge in current issues happening in the world. He should have accepted the U.S Government and U.S Constitutions. At last he must prove himself as he is applicable for getting the naturalization process. The citizens should be aware of any one attorney before applying for any citizenship. If that attorney approved and satisfied then that individual has eligibility for applying an immigration law.

The American attitude towards immigration policy is complex and it will never fit to any other issues. Even the experts of this law are very much ridiculous to find the provisions to it. The policy of immigration is one of the main issues among the experts in to it. Still the government is struggling to finalize the issues. But while issuing the immigration status to an individual we must be so careful to give those to them because after issuing if they have did some illegal ventures to the state or country it is too hard to find the person and it will create a great loss to the state or a country.

Immigration and Naturalization is the main process to remove the Culprit foreigners from the U.S. It has every right to find the criminal if they have any criminal records like making fraud immigration documents etc. This group is been working for the Government agencies and state to ensure the laws. To say in Simple word it acts as a CBI (Spy) to the U.S Government. If the immigration status is continuing then there will be an drastic change in the patterns. Compared to the north and west region there are lot of immigrants are been scattered from south and east region. So the public attitude will change automatically. Federal immigration policy has been launched in the year 1864 by the republicans. Generally the alien immigration will give wealth, source and boost for the state or nations. But through employment services the state or country can gain resources from immigrants. This is the benefit cause for both immigrants and nations.
