Welcome to the School of Medicine Human Resources Group (HRG) web site. Under the direction of the Dean, our office provides human resources advice, information, training and resources in support of the School of Medicine's mission of excellence and innovation in education, patient care and research. Working closely with the School's 28 academic departments and 10 administrative units, our purpose is to provide leadership in creating and maintaining a work environment that attracts, develops, rewards and retains a talented, productive and diversified workforce.
