That's what it's all about at Meetup. Our Team works on a product that makes a difference to our members in helping them build local community. We work in teams known as WTF's. So wtf is a WTF? It is a cross-functional Working Task Force that is responsible for generating many rapid experiments that produce results and learning for a key part of the user experience. We love fun acronyms at Meetup. Like, WTF is up with email? WTF is up with finding the right Meetup? And so on. We use our collective brainpower and creativity to figure it out.

Ascribing to an agile development approach, usability testing is done in our offices nearly every day and WTF's are launching continuously.

No process is perfect, so as things evolve, we figure out new ways to get $#*! done so that we can each do what we do best -- make a difference and have fun.

Not everyone is on a WTF, but we still expect everyone to contribute and champion their ideas that bring us closer to our mission of a Meetup Everywhere About Most Everything.
