The People's Amendment sets a new standard for Government and our attitude towards the earth. It is a collection of principles and changes we must make to restore a balance to our relationships with our planet and with each other. The Amendment is a gathering, a collection, a synopsis of progressive goals. It provides peaceful, common sense solutions to the overwhelming problems we all face.

The People’s Amendment creates a united vision, a single flag or standard behind which we can combine all our efforts for a common goal. Without a united front we remain divided and conquered. We cannot win if we continue to work in little splinter groups. Each of us is trying to fix our own little corner of the world: civil rights, peace, environmental issues. You name it. Bringing it all together and consolidating our goals under a common flag will give us the strength and coherence to effect the changes we so desperately need.

The People’s Amendment is interactive. It empowers you to vote and comment on individual line items, allowing us to create a living document that we can shape in response to your input.

The People’s Amendment
contains nearly 300 items designed to radically repair Government’s posture towards the people it allegedly serves and towards the environment. It addresses campaign, lobby and election reform, and Constitutional and human rights. It incorporates various bills of rights, addresses privacy, the rights of the commons, environmental duties, regulation of federal agencies, and corporate and industry responsibilities, to name a few. The web site includes copies of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights with Constitutional rights we have lost in bold, red font.

The People’s Amendment
reflects the original intention of the Constitution.
It reflects the idealism and freedom we’ve always been taught that America stands for.
