THE DAILY CALLER PRIVACY POLICY

The Daily Caller (THE DC or we) is the owner and operator of DailyCaller.com {the Website), a comprehensive news website providing original reporting, updated links to the latest news, analysis of current events, satire, research on current policy issues, columns from thought leaders, and Congressional Member reviews.

This Privacy Policy (Policy) is about the information that THE DC collects, uses, and stores in operating the Website and making content available to you. This Policy applies to information that is collected on or through DailyCaller.com, as well as information that we collect offline.

DailyCaller.com is operated entirely within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that any information – including personal data – you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States. You hereby consent to these transfers.

VI. HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of the personally identifiable information we collect, we have implemented physical, electronic, and administrative procedures. These measures are based on commercially reasonable standards that similar companies use.

VII. CHILDREN

IX. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be filed only in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you hereby consent and submit exclusively to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Either THE DC or you may demand that any dispute or claim between THE DC and you must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in Delaware. Both parties hereby acknowledge and agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the AAA in Delaware to resolve the applicable dispute or claim if arbitration is demanded. An arbitration demand, however, shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
