Madonna Hired More Than One Personal Chef for Mdna Tour

Madonna's latest tour rider is exactly what you would expect it to be -- totally outrageous. In addition to allegedly having a few of her 200-member staff team remove all the furniture from her dressing rooms and replace it with her own, Madonna has hired personal chefs (yes, plural) on tour to make sure she always has vegan food available.
"Madonna has probably the longest list of requirements of any of the world's music stars," a source said. "She expects things to be just right or it puts her off her stage show."
The Queen of Pop also asks for 20 long-distance phone lines and each flower stem in her dressing room to be exactly 6 inches long.

Dr. Oz has approved his first crash diet, a 7-day diet created by Dr. Joel Fuhrman that is based on food density. Dr. Oz has shared all the diet details on his blog.
For one week, 90% of food intake is nutrient-dense foods like vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, beans and whole grains. The other 10% should be healthy oils, meats and dairy.
Breakfast should include light foods like fruit, oat and flax. Beans are the main ingredient in a typical lunch that can be consumed in a burger, chili or as a dip. For dinner, green vegetables should be the main event -- salads, vegetable pizza, or a green stir-fry.

Miranda Cosgrove Loves Sushi and Italian Food

Miranda Cosgrove recently revealed her love for food, specifically baking, sushi and Italian food.
"I've been known to make cupcakes in the middle of the night," she revealed to Us magazine.
The young star also said she "can't make it through the week without sushi." And, having traveled the world, Cosgrove says Italy is her favorite country but it is certainly not for the sights.
"Italy is my favorite country that I've visited," she said. "Mostly because of the food."
