Mr. Tayter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated law school with honors and won several awards for academic excellence. Before entering private practice, Mr. Tayter was an Administrative Law Judge, who presided over more than 15,000 driver’s license suspension and revocation hearings.

Mr. Tayter is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the State of Colorado. He is fully certified to conduct Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (the set of roadside exercises the police request you perform during DUI and DWI stops). Mr. Tayter is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association.
