The question isn't whether Kerry would have a different Iraq policy than Bush today, but rather would Kerry have lied to the nation and gotten us into this mess in the first place.
"President Bush and Democratic challenger John Kerry have given worried voters little to choose from on Iraq, adopting similar 'stay-the-course' approaches to securing the peace and stabilizing the country. 'On actual policy, you need a microscope to identify the differences between them,' said Amatzia Baram, a senior fellow at the U.S. Institute of Peace."

HHS Denies Democrats Medicare Cost Estimates:
"Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy G. Thompson is refusing to make public or give congressional Democrats the Bush administration's estimates of the cost of last year's Medicare legislation.... Bush and Thompson said repeatedly that the legislation would cost no more than $400 billion over 10 years, even as Medicare's top analyst forecast that it would cost at least $100 billion more."
